Habitación agradable, tranquila, insonorizada y climatizada, ducha espaciosa, todo operativo, buenas zonas de estar, desayuno completo y con gran variedad.

The location, the setting, the facilities and cleanliness is pretty good. The issue is with their service. We tried calling the reception during the working hours and there was no answer. They also did not call us back. If we are lucky, we will see a staff and get some assistance. It is important to have a car of your own otherwise it is difficult to get around in the resort. The total that the hotel charged is way more than what was shown in trip website. Even if I include the city tax it was still high. It is important to give a clear picture of the total amount of the booking. Just to put it in context, there was almost Euro 150 difference between what was shown in Trip website and the final amount that I paid to the hotel. This is a shocker for me. And of course it is not what I want to have a first experience of using Trip website. This needs to be looked into.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Todo fue fantástico, ubicación del hotel, servicios y diseño del hotel. Disfruté las 2 noches allí. Lamentablemente, la bienvenida no fue buena para mí, ya que esperé 3 horas y 20 minutos. Sí, llegué temprano antes de la hora de registro de entrada, que es a las 2:00 p. m., y llegué a las 11:50 y el personal de la terraza delantera (Eduard) me confirmó que mi habitación estará lista a las 2:00 p. m., pero solo pude llegar hasta las 3:10 p. m. mi habitación después de comunicarle mi problema al gerente de la cubierta delantera (Peter), el problema no fue el tiempo que perdí, sino la actitud del personal de la cubierta delantera mientras me miraba a la cara varias veces y no vino a decirme. Lamento que tu habitación aún no esté lista solo para disculparte...

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

Pobyt w hotelu byl cudownym doświadczeniem. Mieszkaliśmy w bloku C, przy samym oceanie, widoki obłędne. Hotel bardzo czysty. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolację, bardzo dobre. Szeroki wybór i bardzo dużo jedzenia, codziennie coś nowego. Każdemu polecę ten hotel, a jeżeli będę jeszcze raz na Maderze to zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

We spent here 3 nights. Overall nothing to complain. The studio is big. May be it was a little dark but it didn’t bother us a lot. We had everything we needed. Location is good. About 20-25 min by foot to the center if you don’t want to use a car. Parking was a little bit challenge every time but there was no days when we couldn’t leave a car, every time we managed to find a place, sounds good especially when you needn’t to pay for it. The neighbors were quiet, so we slept very well.

Reservamos una habitación triple 3 camas la última noche con precio de aves tardías. Pero nos dieron una habitación doble 2 camas. Está en el primer piso justo al lado del patio de tenis que es bastante ruido. Es 31 grado F, no hay aire acondicionado. Sólo se puede abrir una pequeña ventana para aire fresco, pero se encuentra en una calle a pie con muchos huéspedes acceso a la piscina interior, gimnasio ...etc. No es suficiente privacidad. La ubicación es buena, como muchos pequeños supermercados, restaurantes y autobuses se encuentran cerca de la distancia de paseo.
