The place was perfect. It was comfortable, convenient, and cozy. The AC works well, they have hot showers, and basically everything you need in the kitchen. It was so comfortable that we ended up not checking their pool haha, will definitely visit the place again. Thank you!

I was wild by the staff the moment I arrived every interaction was courteous, polite, and professional. I’ve stayed a lot at Shangri-La properties, and Dusit did not disappoint. I even required medical help due to an illness. I got prior to arrival and the on staff nurse and duty manager were amazing in getting me healthy with an in room IV and taking great care of me.   I can’t wait to stay here again

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. El lugar era maravilloso! Situado cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes, SNR y MTS. La piscina era realmente buena para los adultos y el lugar estaba bien mantenido. Sólo no olvides traer un tobillo. Hehe. Nos encanta la suite junior!

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. Lovely experience. Still not bad considering they are renovating some parts of the hotel. SM Lanang is closeby. Airport is only about 8mins drive. Lots of food options outside and massage is within reach Thai Boran.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

If you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.

To start off, i never stayed there because i booked through trip.com, and when i arrived, there were no roooms available. After a long wait in the lobby, the owner came and drove us to another location that they owned and gave us a room there. The room was decent, but the ac was barely adequate, and it was a downgrade from what i had booked and paid for. They said we may have to move rooms again in the morning, so i opted to just book another hotel for the remainder of the trip.

En los sitios web se indica que la hora de salida es a las 12, pero nos informan que la salida debe ser a las 10, además de tener que pagar 400 dólares por el aparcamiento y 300 dólares por la limpieza. No tenemos conocimiento de ello. La habitación está bien, se obtiene lo que se paga.
