It was an amazing stay in Dusit Thani. Their breakfast have good variety everyday. If you request for bacon they will make one for you. The staff are very accomodating and i like how they greet the guests all the time. The spa is amazing very relaxing and the gym is clean and open 24/7. Pool is nice. We got the nice view from the 5th floor. Everyone is super mabait and amazing from the guards to reception, to staff and housekeeping. Will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit Davao

Это лучший вариант за эту цену в Давао ,где ты можешь готовить и стирать себе. Так же хороший вид на море. Есть несколько полотенец ,утюг,фен,холодильник и кофемашина. Очень рекомендую это место. Есть бассейн и охрана ,а так же можно поиграть в баскетбол с местными ребятами,есть зона барбекю

The hotel is modern, comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and location is excellent. Breakfast is very good! Everything exceeded expectation except that the view from the room given to me was not suitable to the hotel’s caliber.

We booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

El lugar era maravilloso! Situado cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes, SNR y MTS. La piscina era realmente buena para los adultos y el lugar estaba bien mantenido. Sólo no olvides traer un tobillo. Hehe. Nos encanta la suite junior!

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hours front desk staff and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.

The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!
