We booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

We did enjoy our stay here, the house is clean and cozy good for family and what we like about here is that it has private parking which is very convenient and safe! Thank you! For sure this will be our go to house whenever we travel here in Davao City!

I had a good stay at Grand Regal Hotel. The hotel is a decent place to stay, especially if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was actually one of the highlights… clean, spacious, and great for unwinding after a long day. However, the location is a bit inconvenient since it’s quite far from malls, convenience stores and other establishments. The rooms were also a little old and could use some renovation or upgrades. Overall, it’s a good hotel with nice amenities and friendly atmosphere, but not the best option if you prefer modern rooms and easy access to shopping or city attractions.

very small TV, no toiletries unless you request from them, no floor towel, only one switch for toilet and vanity mirror, no sofa considering that room is deluxe.
