Beautiful resort with great rooms and expansive compounds! Breakfast was super impressive and the service was tip top! We used the spa and swimming pool and they were great! Gym was impressive and so is the Japanese restaurant! We will be back!

If you're looking for a cozy and romantic escape, this hotel is a fantastic choice for couples. I decided to upgrade my room for a mountain view, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience. The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night. As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

It's a bit overrated as 4 star hotel. For their apartment/family room maybe, but not their normal rooms, the worst is their nusantara theme rooms. Location is superb ONLY for them who wants to go to jatim park 3 (Dino Park). Otherwise, there are other hotels that have better location and view (and other amenities). Dont get easily influenced by those vlogger/youtuber/tiktoker/influencer for this hotel.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Muy amigable staff. Rooms bit on the small side despite my booking a family room. Breakfast buffet is ok, more street food style. Good location, close to the big attractions.

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

Sí, el hotel está cerca de un centro comercial, pero las carreteras son ocupadas, cruzar la carretera (antes y a la izquierda) puede ser un desafío para los niños pequeños. La piscina es triste. el desayuno buffet es meh. Y NUNO SE NOTA que la mosquita cercana juegue la recitación (pretty LOUD) a las 4:00 al día.

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
