Stayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again

Disediakan raket nyamuk karena memang banyak sekali nyamuk didepan pintu dan kebun. Kadang ada beberapa yang masuk ke dalam jadi harus cepat tutup pintunya. Pastikan bawa Soffell kalau kesini. Lokasi hotel paling the best lah. Recommended banget untuk jalan pagi dengan view gunung dan kebun yang indah. Udara sejuk dan gak dingin. The best morning you could ever asked!

1. The resort is awfully located in the middle of nowhere, looks like within an abandoned estate. It is so remote from any local shops, cafes or restaurants; too far by walking distance to anywhere. 2. Fancy design but inefficient: The impressive reception doesn’t warrant a massive amount of time wasted by guests. They have to catcth two lifts and walk a fair distances before reaching their room. I think you may get lost in no time. The architects do not consider a simpler ways for the sake of guests’ convenience, say by having additional lifts iooat the end of corridors to reduce walking distances. 3. The room service meals are quite awful, a way below five stars standard even it’s available in 24 hours. 4. A rooftop bars could be a bonus for relaxing guests to enjoy a mountains/city view, not like my room with a balcony, facing uninteresting garden for two day stays. 5. The positive side, my room is well represented and matches a five stars standard and facilities. Good size room with a comfortable king bed. 6. I rather prefer to stay at Hotel Tugu in Malang with a friendly staff particularly at breakfast time, even no lifts provided to go to second floor.

Tapi ga ditawarin welcome drink heheh mungkin karena udah jam 9 malem kami check in. Kamar sudah ada hairdryer, mini bar, mineral water ada 2 botol kaca. Dapet welcome snack kue jadul. Tempat bermain anak ada 3: main pasir pantai, soccer board dan mini. Pintunya besi dan unik untuk DND sign atau Make up room pake tempelan magnet Alhamdulullah sarapannya sekarang buffet, dapet info sebelumnya set menu. Wajib pesen roomservice! Enak guys dan unik banget packagingnya. Karyawannya ramah pool! Minus: -bed sheet ada spot -mungkin perlu dijelaskan untuk penggunaan fasilitas hp itu harus telpon atau sms. -sarapan mulai jam 7, kami sempat datang jam 8.30 perputaran refill menunya perlu ditingkatin agar nggak terkesan kosong. Gonna be back!

La villa es bonita, espacial, cm en el armario de la cocina no es tan sucio como nunca se ha limpiado. El servicio del personal está bien. el desayuno es variado, interesante y delicioso.

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.
