Es relativamente nuevo (de construcción reciente), pero hay un olor extraño al subir. No sé por qué Ctrip lo promociona tanto; fue el primer lugar que vi al buscarlo. Está a 270 metros de la estación de metro. En nuestro último día en Ereván, caminamos más de 200 metros con las maletas... Las calles de la zona están en muy mal estado y son viejas. Hay un pequeño mercado cerca con mucha fruta barata. Pero los alrededores están muy deteriorados, lo que me da la sensación de que la ciudad está muy atrasada. El Holiday Inn, al mismo precio, es muy bueno; está justo al lado de la estación de metro, en la calle principal, junto a un supermercado y cerca de la estación de autobuses de Ereván. Desde el piso que nos dieron no se veía la Iglesia de la Trinidad... y la habitación era bastante pequeña...

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

El hotel y sus instalaciones son agradables, las piscinas (en el interior y en el exterior) son muy buenas y el lobby es muy limpio y elegante. El bar en la piscina y en el primer piso es bastante agradable, los cocktails fueron sorprendente aunque poco barato. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel de la ciudad. Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the biggest issue was the swimming pool. When we booked the hotel, access to the pool was included, but unfortunately it was not usable. Either there was no water in the pool, or when there was, the water was extremely cold. This was very disappointing.

Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues.
