Tuvimos algo de mala suerte con nuestra estancia porque había protestas alrededor del parlamento (justo al lado) en ese momento. Así que anoche no pudimos dormir. Si la habitación hubiera estado bien aislada, no habría sido un problema, pero obviamente no lo es. Sé que el hotel no puede hacer nada al respecto y también entiendo a las personas que luchan por sus derechos y libertades. Me habría alegrado que nos hubieran informado de las próximas protestas y que quizás el personal nos hubiera ofrecido otra habitación. Fue una combinación de circunstancias desafortunadas. Por lo tanto, una calificación positiva de todos modos, con la esperanza de tener mejor suerte la próxima vez. En resumen, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

El hotel está ubicado en una muy buena ubicación (cerca del Puente de la Paz, Plaza de la Libertad), todo está limpio, hay todo lo necesario (zapatillas, secador de pelo, jabón, champú, agua potable, té, café, azúcar), hay una bonita panadería cercana, tomamos un delicioso desayuno allí panes planos Lo único es que llegamos a las 13:00, el check-in fue a las 14:00, no hicimos el check-in hasta las 14:00. En general, esta imagen se observa en Tbilisi. Aunque está claro que no hicieron el check in debido a que la habitación no tuvo tiempo de limpiarla, estaba claro que no habían vivido en ella durante las últimas 24 horas.

立地は中心部から離れており、タクシーかバスを使わないと行けないため注意が必要です。設備に歯ブラシ、バスローブと書かれていましたが、部屋にはありませんでした。 私の部屋にはバスタブもなかったため、フロントに言ってバスタブ付きの部屋に変更してもらいました。 部屋や設備の豪華さは5つ星ホテルに匹敵しますが、サービス的には4つ星ホテルかなという印象でした。

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
