臨時定的房間，爬旺山稍許近一些，看名字已經聯想到和養老院有關，停車方便，有長者居住，還有一個醫院，還看到很多長者活動中心，門口就有公交車站，房間一個特點，大，45-50平方，地下一層有乒乓🏓，桌球，因為是地下室有點潮濕，健生房沒有開放，整體性價比很高. 好評額. 忘記拍照了.

房間是很大，周邊也沒啥噪音挺安靜，但是房間不隔音，另外酒店可能人氣不旺，房間有種長期沒人住發潮的黴味，不是很舒服。其他休閑娛樂設施在地下一樓，也都不咋好，桌球桌桌布破的，健身房閑置的，燈都沒找到，KTv房間電視都拆了。套餐裡帶的晚餐和早餐，用餐的時候也衹有我們一桌人，味道不喜歡，早餐也不是一般酒店的那種豐富的自助，雖然也是自助，但衹有一個廚師一個窗口提供些包子 餛飩等。有一説一，工作人員態度都挺好，酒店佈局也挺大，但是日漸蕭條，撐不住了。

訂房的時候看着游泳池感覺不錯，到地方人不多，先看了一下房間感覺能接受，就辦了入住，然後去游泳，小遺憾泳池健身房沒有貼公示可能整改中，都沒開。訂房時有晚餐套餐和早點乾淨衞生，晚餐兩人沒吃完，早餐從奶麪包到包子麪條西瓜都有。下次還會選擇。

第一次入住瑞頤酒店，聽説原來叫凱莎精品，酒店大堂不太好找，店招叫瑞頤康養酒店，下次入住的小夥伴注意，不要繞彎了，整體空間面積蠻大的，大廳很大，各種設施設備也齊全，房間面積比較令人驚喜，真的好大，房間衞生乾淨整潔，住着很舒服，放卡取電比較特色一點，早餐是用的套餐，相對比較豐富，下午辦理入住，前台小姐姐劉麗很熱情，主動介紹了周邊景點，推薦我們去游泳館游泳，住店客人憑房卡是免費的，需要自己帶泳帽。性價比比較高，值得大家選擇。

這個夏天來瑞頤就對了，酒店自帶游泳館，炎熱的夏季，來游泳館玩玩水，舒服的不得了，酒店環境很好，清清爽爽，衞生乾淨，房間面積超大的，比外面酒店要大一倍，早上早餐稍微品種少了一點，健身房，桌球室，乒乓球，住店客人隨便玩，據説是按照五星級酒店標準打造的，值得大家過來打卡。我對象對這個酒店喜歡的不得了，嚷嚷着下次再來蘇州，還要選擇這家酒店。

房間非常大，床也很大，但是是兩張床拼接的，有點影響體驗感，設施有點老化，建議裝修，酒店是康養酒店房間可以再温馨點
