I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was good each morning and use of the executive lounge was nice. The gym is clean and has plenty of machines/weights, etc. and while I did not use it, the pool looked well kept.

J’y étais pour mon anniversaire, le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse 😍 Merci beaucoup à Mr Jonathan kalenga qui nous a servi mon mari et moi, et quand il a su que c’était mon anniversaire, il est venu accompagné de ses autres collègues me souhaiter un joyeux anniversaire en chantant. It was a wonderful experience starting with my booking online and calling in to provide my arrival time. Abdul the Director of Front Office was meticulous and very helpful. My interaction with him was seamless and helpful which extended to the Team at the front desk. James was great to interact with and very efficient in his work. The rooms were pleasantly prepared and the service throughout my stay was perfect. I will surely be returning.

Hello Everyone This is my third trip in Hilton Kinshasa in 2024 . This is one of best services hotel ever i visited I been to over 53 countries and it’s expensive but best. Hotel manager Mr Abdul Rehman was best in services and i give him seven star in service and I loved it when he remember my name . Than i met Mr Murphy and he was in front desk and he was always available for services . I met Gloria in Excective lounge supervisor and she only comes on sunday and she is five star service waiter . I wish i get services like gloria gove in executive lounge but unfortunately she comes on Sunday only. I recommend to stay in hilton kinshasa.

Le service au restaurant pendant les heures de buffet était impecable. Attention très particulière des serveurs à notre egard surtout de la part the Deborah Ngoy qui était très attentioné à tous nos besoins. Vraiment un service de qualité !

L’hôtel est magnifique. Meilleur hôtel sur Kinshasa avec un standard international et un très bon service de tous leur staff. En plus, j’ai étais très bien accueilli au Restaurant trouvaille, par la serveuse Helva; Au toute long de mon séjour pendant 10 jours.

Nous avons apprécié le service de qualité avec lequel l’Hotel travaille. Nous étions à la salle Majesté du congo, une très belle salle, de par sa configuration, l’accueil était très chaleureux avec un service de protocole impeccable. Merci

J'ai passé une journée très spécial à la vianderie, surtout avec le tomahawk que madame belbiche ma proposé, c'était vraiment très Bon, je suis vraiment difficile mais elle m'a convaincu ,merci madame belbiche pour le service impeccable et ton jolie sourire

Jsuis passé par le bar la vue , et je me suis fait accompagné par mademoiselle Stéphanie kabongo du housekeeping et mademoiselle Charlene qui étaient vraiment à l'écoute et aux moindre détails. Elles ont énormément fait ma soirée. Le bâtiment est très impeccable, impressionnant

J'ai séjourné au Hilton Kinshasa ce weekend et j'ai énormément apprécié l'accueil dans cet établissement. J'ai rencontré l'assistante housekeeping Stéphanie kabongo qui était très à l'écoute, très chaleureuse et rapide dans le service. This is simply one of the best hotels that I have stayed in globally. It easily rivals top hotels in NYC and London. The management and staff are super helpful and it's centrally located in Kinshasa. The food at the restaurants was very good and the hotel amenities are quite good too. The hotel is super clean and the staff is very responsive to your needs. Definitely 10/10!
