Lovely overnight stay.
Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well.
Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes.
Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.

Hotel is not in a bad location for trips out…
But the hotel needs a lot of improvements! The breakfast buffet you are left waiting for them to replenish food items , you have to keep asking staff where are the cups for tea as none replaced there was queues because of the location of the toaster, be careful if you ask for water to be replaced in room as I was charged but then got a refund after complaining..the executive room was good but I know the standard rooms are not great. The staff were good but there needs better organisation. The pool area dated and no set time they seem to pick and choose open close times. We had quite a few issues not all mentioned here which we told reception about we was not happy and noticed other customers complaining.. we would not stay again and certainly not 4 star 3 at most .. can’t comment on spa trea**ents as did not use but looking at the spa I’m sure there are better ones around. Golf course 9 hole in good condition but outside hotel area need tidying up bit scruffy.

We've been going to the Lea Marston for many years now, and whilst we still love it, some of the rooms need a re-furb. Bedside USB chargers would be good too.
PS I particularly enjoy using the driving range and the short but fairly tight and quite pretty 9 hole course. Lots of water!

Staff friendly but felt the property lack lustre. Had to move forms 3 times was really impressed with spa. I feel the property needs a refurbishment.

A nice comfortable stay with lots of facilities on offer, the decor needs updating or fresh up. The staff were helpful all around. Good location near most places and quiet.

Nice hotel, disappointed with
1. children only allowed to use pool at certain times
2. pub area tired decor, service slow at times, closing at
11pm is a little early at weekends.
3. no room service after 9pm
4. housekeeping sign for room to be cleaned was placed
on door, room not touched
