Sadly, we were in town to attend a funeral. However, the Manager Kami, as well as the entire staff, including Jackie, could not have been more helpful, understanding and accommodating. At times they went above and beyond the call of duty. In addition, the property itself was very nice. All of this made a very difficult time a bit more bearable.

Stayed a night last weekend. Very nice lady at the front desk had me checked in quickly and our room was spotless and exceeded my expectations. The free breakfast was as expected, nothing fantastic but certainly adequate and they kept it well stocked. Every employee I met in the hallways was friendly. I couldn't ask for more. Note: The hotel is sort of flipped around so the lobby is in the back. That might be a curveball for those who have been driving a long time that day!

Overall good, but some disconnects. Check-in delayed b/c desk person also the bartender. Bedroom TV wasn’t hooked into cable. Couldn’t fix b/c no staff on hand. I had to figure it out. Shower had 2 body washes, one conditioner, and no shampoo. Ceiling lights in hallway had all different shades of white/yellow bulbs (whatever was on sale, I suppose).

My husband and I are Marriott members. We try to always stay in a Residence Inn because we need a suite with a separate room (or door to room). We don't keep the same hours. My biggest peeve in this case, although the place appears to be clean, the coffee maker had not been cleaned. There was actually a dried up coffee bag in there and coffee grinds all over it. At $216 for one night, I'd expect it to be very clean. You could also see the accumulated dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the lady who checked us in was absolutely fabulous. So friendly and helpful... I'm so sorry I forgot her name.

Suite was nice and the bed was very comfy. The shower needed cleaning, however. There was hair around the drain (under the removable drain cover) that hasn’t been cleaned before our stay. The staff was friendly and the outside fire pit was cozy. I wish I had booked more than one night!

We stayed for a night and had to change two rooms due to non functioning bathroom. It seems normal for this property as they didn’t care when told them about issues. They were not able to provide blanket for sofa bed.

I have Covid 19, cannot travel but the hotel refused to refund my reservation. I cannot travel. I understand Covid is not a big deal to many but it is to those who are sick. Not only do I feel terrible but I am also paying for something I cannot use.

We had situations that were not resolved that involved a door that did not lock properly, a room that had not been properly cleaned, no clean towels. One of the rooms in our group was fine but the other room was problem after problem. The assistant manager was on duty but did not make herself available to assist us. Doors in facility are easily pushed open from the outside accessories in the bathroom were properly installed so tissue kept falling on the floor. I have stayed at the Marriott many times over years and never issues like these.
