3 of us stayed the night here. Spacious room, they gave us a double and two single beds, beds were clean and comfortable. The carpets were stained and parts of the room were dusty. The bathroom was clean enough. Check in and check out was simple and the staff were friendly.

Clean and friendly! Not far from town at all. Easy to get to Newcastle and limited parking. Ideal in all aspects. Had a great corner room on the top floor, the room was huge! Bedding was clean and fresh, shower was great pressure, new carpets look great! Heard they’re refitting it and it’s due! Hopefully sooner rather than later!

Brilliant service nikki 5 stars very helpfull throughout stay and every one as well as nikki was really helpful would highly recommend the service in the hotel I like my coffee and they kept giving it helpfull throughout and friendly throughout

Ideal situation if you are visiting the Empire or the Fire Station. Pleasant staff room basic but clean. I do wish they would provide a hairdryer in the room rather than at reception but that's a minor grievance. Would stay again. For the price you pay its ideal.

Great location, 15 minutes walk from stadium, very clean, beds great, good shower, parking limited number available but multi storey nearby. Staff friendly & helpful. Left my charger in room when leaving & member of staff run after me to catch me at reception as I hadn't realised.

Stayed for the Bruce Springsteen concert. Positives- easy walking distance to SOL, staff tried to help out as many as possible with parking at the Travelodge as it would be so difficult, clean and large room. Negatives- only 2 teabags in the room. Could’ve asked for more but couldn’t be bothered going down to reception . Buffet breakfast was a cardboard box of breakfast items. No hot coffee or tea unless you make the instant stuff in your room. Expensive for what it was, but can’t criticise the company for wanting to make the most out of the event

Clean beds, clean bathroom, clean, large rooms, amazingly friendly and helpful check in with Nicki and Jake who were really kind and nothing was too much trouble, close to Stadium, Couldn’t ask for more ☺️ Thank you Nicki and Jake - you’re amazing!!
