立地は最悪です。シュトゥットガルト中央駅からSバーンで少し離れたシュトゥットガルト・フォイエルバッハ駅から徒歩15分ほどであり、他の都市に行くには不便です。地下鉄駅からは近いので、都市内を移動するにはいいかもしれませんが。
またチェックインは12時からでしたが、12時過ぎに受付に誰もおらず、自動チェックインマシンを使うよう指示がありましたが、マシンは壊れており、作動しませんでした。せめて故障中の張り紙でもしておくべきではないでしょうか？ またそのときちょうど従業員の女性が出てきてマシンは壊れている、チェックインは15時からであると伝え、入り口の扉をロックして出て行きました。あまりにも最悪なサービスで、顧客を舐めているのにもほどがあると感じました。
値段も考慮すると、今までに宿泊したホテルの中でも特に最悪の部類に入ります。もう二度と泊まりたくありません。

在斯圖加特鎮上，交通方便，離直接去機場的輕軌很近，步行10分鐘距離
旁邊就有超市餐館
房間衞生，設施完善，衹是沒有熱水壺需自帶

Se notaba que el hotel era antigüo pero pensé que iba a compensar con la limpieza y amabilidad del personal. No fue así. No tuve internet ninguno de los 3 días, ninguna de las dos recepcionistas se molestaron en arreglarlo ni me ofrecieron una compensación, el baño estaba sucio. La ubicación fue lo único bueno.

Super easy to do self check in using the “hotelmat” machine
BUT, couldn’t use the underground parking space.
Worst experience ever to find the allocated room #48 which was not displayed at the 4th floor. Had to check multiple times and finally to call the hotel at the mobile no but the person was speaking terrible English.
Some way we managed to understand each other and got info that the room is located under the roof and “ private” space.
Finally after 1 h of this chaos we managed to locate the “unlisted” room 48.
Inside were 35* C, no AC… luckily the window was large, unsafe and had to sleep all night with it opened.
This hotel is nothing than a joke!!!
