隔音設備很差，房間關門、樓道隔音效果不佳，服務員不足…導致給予的服務欠奉。純屬經濟型旅館，作為驛站考慮…可以合格。

Really poor!! Would not stay with premier inn again. The cleanliness was disgusting, the bedding had stains and rips, the curtains had moth holes, there was ********** on the bedding, marks over the walls. My 5 year old found a pack of paracetamol under one of the beds which could have been fatal I hadn’t have noticed this. The heating was not working either. After initially making this know to staff we were told that no other room was available. But then after requesting a refund we were offered a different room. The new room was cleaner but still not expected standards. We had travelled as a family ( 2 children 5 and 6) for 4 hours from South wales to stay with you and we was let down by yourselves - will not be returning!!

Stayed for 2 nights. Absolutely expert service especially by the duty manager Hannah. Absolute star no request too small. Hannah worked both nights I stayed and always had a smile and was always welcoming. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Not answering the phone. We had to cancel our trip due to illness, I tried numerous times over a number of days to contact both the Hotel and Premier Inn on the phone using various advertised numbers but just got the annoying answering machine. I needed proof of cancellation for our insurance claim (not for a refund as it was a non-refundable rate). I couldn't cancel it through my booking on the website either as that option wasn't available. I couldn't even find an email address to use to request the cancellation. Absolutely abysmal after sales service!!!

First impressions of this hotel are good, as was the reception and bar/restaurant area which have recently been refurbished. The rooms, however, are looking very tired and really need to be updated. Also our room had not a single chair to sit on. I raised this with the reception team who assured me they would try to get at least one taken to our room... It never arrived.

Service was excellent, Alan on the front desk was exceptionally helpful. We booked a quad-room and the bed wasn’t made up on arrival but Alan came up straight away and made the bed and was very polite. The room was a good size, exceptionally quiet particularly considering how close it is to a main road.

Used for the night before our holiday as we had an early flight. Great comfy clean room as always and a great price

Lovely welcoming hotel, free parking - easy to get to. Self check in was brilliant. Room was very spacious and lovely. Absolute bargain for the price. The resturant downstairs was great - really lovely dinner and very attentive staff, especially towards our little boy. Breakfast was fab. Would definitely choose here as my first choice should we stay in the area again.

We had originally booked a few days away to Manchester to attend Olivia Rodrigo, despite being cancelled we decided to travel anyways. Upon checkin, we were greeted by the lovely Inga who was very fast and efficient but also very friendly and empathetic, she asked if we were doing anything nice while we’re here so we told her about the concert being cancelled and from here she just went above and beyond (including giving us a box of chocolates hours later when we went to the bar for a few drinks). Her customer service skills are exceptional and I really do feel like Inga is one of the main reasons we have enjoyed this trip so much, so welcomed from the second we arrived, right up until we left. All the other staff are very friendly too and I will definitely be returning to this hotel in future.
