Nos tocó la habitación 8 (era triple). La habitación era amplia. Las camas eran cómodas pero los cojines no mucho. El baño muy bien, todo correcto. Había un armario con la puerta corredera y unas estanterías, todo bien. El mayor inconveniente eran las cortinas. La luz pasaba a través de las ventanas.

El hotel está muy bien situado y tiene una limpieza correcta. Recepcionista amable. Precio razonable en época navideñaEnfrente tiene el parking Des Bateliers que cuesta 20 euros diarios y por tramo horario también está muy bien de precio. En la calle se puede aparcar de forma gratuita de 19h a 9h (domingos y festivos gratuito.

El desayuno es escaso, no disponen de frutas ni vegetales ni leche sin lactosa, sobre todo para personas alergicas al gluten huevo y leche. Gracias

Somewhere between two and three stars. The location is great and breakfast is fine--but the hotel is rundown and the rooms are extremely small. Furniture is chipped, leaks in the bathroom, floors not the cleanest, etc. One single-serve coffee packet in the room for your entire stay--I had to plead to even get a second paper cup, and my colleague had to ask for soap! Although the location is wonderful I would pick a different hotel next time.

Our stay was cozy. The hotel is located near main sights (e.g, cathedral) and the shopping district. The breakfast at the hotel was also good. There was a good selection of food.
The only downside was a missing trash bin inside the room and there were some holes in our towels. Otherwise, the hotel is perfectly located in a safe neighborhood.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was quiet. The front desk staff was friendly. Needs attention to details. The rooms had a damaged remote, the floor was not cleaned and the bathroom had hair on the wall and mold.

Our stay was amazing! They had good sever and the helped out when we need to go and eat somewhere or to go! We got the suite and we had clean room. The room was nice and ready for us to sleep,talk and eat!

Even though the staff is very friendly and the hotel has a certain charm, I don’t think I can with good faith rate my experience higher than this. The single room is very small for someone as tall as me even if I fit in the bed comfortably. Turning in the minuscule bathroom was very difficult. Efforts had been made to decorate the room with art, but in this case I would have preferred just plain walls. The biggest shortcoming is the dated heating system which was inadequate for the cold winter months. Not my cup of tea.
