We waited for order drinks and food 20 minutes and waited for the waiter to bring the drinks another 30 minutes. Service to poor, because there are not enough waiters to serve all the guests. Saturday and nice weather, you can guess that there will be more guests.

What a wonderful hotel... I spent an unforgettable 4 nights in the nature , forest with snow , luxury hotel , delicious food . All the stuff is very kind and helpful, you feel that your are at your home. I recommend it and I will do this experience again .

Beautiful hotel, with best staff and food. Really a great experience of hospitality, fresh air and relaxation. It has a great spot near capital city only 15 min away. We will come again for sure. We cant wait

Everything is great 👌🏼. Staff is so kind, food is good, and great place for rest an be with family. No problem with parking, which is the most important thing. Fresh air, and absolutely we will come again. ❤️

If you like the coziest room in nature,hiking in beautiful Trebevic, scrumptious meals,exceptional staff,top notch service of international standards and witness just outside your window a part of Sarajevo's history with part of the bobsled outside for display. And there are hiking trails all around the hotel giving endless possibilities for adventure

Restaurant Prvi sumar is part of the hotel and has good food for good price. Menu is comprised of local dishes, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the food they are serving. Restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated.

Service, poor, minimum and fake professionalism.☹️😳😵💫🤥 2 waiters raising their voices, impatient while taking the order and when delivering, aggressively making their way to the table. 😡No apologies for spilling water accidentally. 🥴Their tone aggressive, no smile. 🤐Kindness, nonexisting. 😮💨Almost afraid of waiters. Coffee quality, OK.😚 High Prices, not justified and not matching quality of service; only feeding ego. 🥺Smoke reeking in the nonsmoking area. 😕😵💫🤮🤧Toilet 😷 🤢 Music, too loud. Visiting again, only if there is no other place to go to. The mountain, air, and trees are invigorating. 🥰
