I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

El hotel era agradable, limpio, tranquilo y acogedor. El plan de la habitación y el piso se ve como si estuvieras caminando en la lama lol. El personal estaba lleno de servicio, amable y útil. Me encanta cómo el hotel tiene mucho hojas verdes ☺️ El desayuno estaba bien no mucho menos. También ama cómo la piscina tiene la tos para relajarse y también tiene espacio para niños. El hotel tiene 3 pisos sin ascensor y el camino a la sala de desayuno es al aire libre, que se envierten durante el día de la lluvia.

A la vista de la ciudad, el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Es sólo que es compartido con otros visitantes de atracciones cercanas. Pero nunca he encontrado estacionamiento completo durante mi estancia. Salir del coche, el aire está frío. Entonces fuimos al lobby y nos saludamos con sonrisas del receptor. El control en proceso es fácil. También dio mapa de lugares cercanos para visitar. Claro que algunos lugares cercanos para tomar fotos, pero no mucho de actividad. El lugar cercano tiene vibraciones y diseño similares a los de Italia. Cafés, con cuerpos de agua, con comida increíble. Después de la entrada, el portador del hotel ayudó a levantar nuestros bolsillos de nuestro coche en el estacionamiento y llevar todo el camino hasta nuestra habitación. El ascensor es rápido. Desde su único 7 pisos. Y el hotel no está lleno. Desde su 2 unidades por piso. La habitación es agradable, limpia, espacial, con hermosas vistas. Las instalaciones son increíbles. Vendrá con la máquina de café (tipo de cápsula) nescafe marca en la pantalla. Y las seleccións premium. El hotel es un hotel con un diseño muy elegante y un tema de trenes único. Nos hemos pedido que cambiemos las habitaciones una vez, y el personal ha manejado todo muy profesionalmente. El personal de la habitación está muy bien, muy atento y muy ansioso por ayudar en cualquier momento. La comida se preparaba bien, algunos platos se adecuaron a nuestro sabor, algunos no, pero el personal estaba muy cuidadoso y atento, incluso cuando se dio cuenta de que no comíamos mucho, preocupado por que la comida no sea lo que nos gusta. En general, este es un lugar ideal para un paseo relajado.

The hotel is in such a peaceful location!.. surrounded by beautiful nature, and the whole property is amazing to walk around. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. We got a map of the resort, enjoyed cycling, played badminton, and there are plenty of other things to do. The breakfast was genuinely delicious. It’s also a great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Khao Yai National Park

El hotel es agradable. El cuarto es muy grande con balcón masivo. Muy privada. Cada piso tiene sólo 3 habitaciones. Sin embargo, esperaba mejor hospitalidad y servicio de este hotel basado en el precio que pague. La habitación no estaba lista para la habitación, pero volví a las 2 pm y la habitación no estaba terminada. La habitación cuenta con 6 botellas de agua gratuitas, pero otras son cargables. También se cargable una botella de agua adicional. A este precio, el hotel es simplemente ínfimo. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Otras instalaciones están bien. La propiedad es muy grande. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Otros estaban bien, excepto que se necesita mejorar el servicio y la actitud del personal.

ประสบการณ์สำหรับที่พัก (จากประสบการณ์โดยตรงของเรา) คือ เข้าที่พักเช็คอินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เห็นห้อง สะอาด ที่สำคัญกลิ่นหอมในห้องประทับใจมากๆ ลงมาเล่นสระน้ำของ รร พอกลับขึ้นห้อง กลับพบว่าฝักบัวอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลแบบเบามากกกกๆๆๆๆ มากถึงขั้นหงุดหงิดว่าอาบน้ำจะสะอาดยังไงได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานอีก !!! จึงโทรติดต่อให้ พนง เข้ามาดูให้ สรุปแก้ไขเบื้องต้นให้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ สามีกับลูกอาบน้ำเรียบร้อย หลังจากนั้นเกิดน้ำม่ายอุ่นอีกจึงเรียก พนง มาอีกรอบ เค้าเข้ามาเช็คแล้วแจ้งว่าขอไปเอาเครื่องมือมาซ่อม ทีนี้เหลือเราที่รออาบน้ำ แล้วตัวเราเปียกจึงไปนั่งรอที่ระเบียง พนง หายไปพักใหญ่มากๆ เกือบชั่วโมงได้นะ ช่วงนั้นฝนตกด้วย เรานั่งรอจนไม่ไหวที่ระเบียงมันหนาวด้วย จึงให้สามีโทรตาม พนง อีกรอบ แจ้งกลับมาว่า พนง ออกไปซื้อฝักบัว สักพัก พนง แจ้งว่าขอทำการเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ เลยย้ายจากชั้น 5 มาชั้น 4 เราก้อยังเจอปัญหาเดิม น้ำไหลเบามากกกกกก+เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก้อขัดข้อง เหมือนเดิมเลย ประสบการณ์โดยรวม สำหรับที่พักไม่ประทับใจ 1. เรื่องน้ำไหลเบามาก ไม่เคยไป รร ที่ไหนแล้วเจอแบบนี้มาก่อน 2. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น (เกิดปัญหาตลอด 3 วันที่พัก) 3. อาหารเช้า จริงๆเราตามดูรีวิวใน ตต รีวิวจุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ แซลมอนเราคาดหวังมากๆที่เลือกมาที่นี่ เพราะอยากมาทานแซลมอนบุฟเฟ่จึงจองมาพัก 3วัน2คืน แต่กลับได้ เช้าวันแรก แค่ Alacarte เช้าวันที่ 2 คาดหวังบุปเฟ่แซลมอนซาชิมิ กลับได้อะรัยที่ปกติทั่วไป ไม่มีแซลมอนเลย 4. เรื่องสระน้ำ ดูตามรีวิวมาว่าสระน้ำอุ่น แต่ความเป็นจริงที่เราได้ไปใช้ ค่อนข้างเย็น ไม่ค่อยอุ่นตามที่ดูรีวิวมา อยากแจ้งให้ปรับปรุง หลักๆคือเรื่องของน้ำ อยากให้น้ำไหลได้แรงกว่านี้ ตรวจสอบห้องพักเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานหรือไม่ ก่อนให้ลูกค้าเข้าพัก **โดยรวมสำหรับพนักงาน ให้การต้อนรับที่ดี พูดเพราะ ดูแลดีมากๆๆๆ มีมารยาท ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ใส่ใจลูกค้าดีค่ะ

Well I have some observations on this staycation that I will explain here in two ways. Pros: 1. Excellent natural view compared to the other resorts . 2. Lots of things to do, sunbathing, swimming, playing etc 3. Superb for children to aged people 4. Up to date television including all features like Apple TV, Netflix etc 5. Varieties of breakfast options Corns: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of amenities compared to prices

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.
