UUsuario invitadoE stayed here for a few days. Like the space and friendliness especially Khun Nice. When things cannot be done he puts the message across very gently and funnily. We had many good laughs together.
Gym - definitely needs to be cleaned and aired daily. The room had a musky smell which put me off exercising for a long period.
Hotel may need a refresher, looks a little worn.
Overall happy with my stay.

UUsuario anónimoThe service was exceptional, the staff paid so much attention to our needs. However unlike Toscana, we were not allowed to cycle through the resident area to explore and only outside the resort. The parking areas could have more protective shade installed due to the immense heat in the afternoon and rainy season. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain during the day, our car experience quite a rain leak through the sunroof as the drain tube was clogged. The staff however was quick to help us by having security reserved a parking spot with roof shade when we came back from exploring Khao Yai. We appreciate this very much since it rained the rest of the night. To sum up the staff and security went above and beyond to accommodate us.

UUsuario invitadoWe made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)

There is no space to put personal lotions in the toilet.
There is shuttle bus, but requires to wait during peak hour. Many tourist taking photos around the hotel.
Little choices for breakfast. When we check out, we were informed to charged 45 baht for a cookie which we did not see or eat.

UUsuario invitado- The reception staff and all the employees, including housekeeping and security, provided excellent service and warmly welcomed us. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.
- Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type.
- There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple.
- The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍
- In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️
- One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭

UUsuario invitadoIts a great shame that this once magnificant complex has been allowed to fall into disrepair. The architecture and quality build in this wonderful location shine through however when you observe the detail, its not so good. We booked a 2 bedroom for our family which comes with a kitchen but can you believe that the kitchen did not have one plate or utensil let alone any pots or pans. Zero of anything except 6 cups and glasses. What was also disappointing especially for the kids was the tv only had 2 tv channels, no internet connection so no YouTube or Netflix etc. It rained all day during our stay so some extra entertainment would have been appeciated. The breakfast place is in a small 2nd rate building with most tables in the outdoor courtyard. As it rained most days, the 6 odd tables inside were quickly jammed full. Very strange for such a big hotel complex especially hen they have a big beautiful cafe only a few metres away but empty much of the time.
