Room was clean, quiet and refreshing. Cheerful greetings by hotel staff everywhere. Enjoyed our stay at Lacol Khao Yai ! Thank you. 🤩

DDaryltyhMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

MMeloooodyEspañolPasamos 3 días y 2 noches en este complejo. La habitación era muy grande y nos sorprendió la piscina privada, la terraza en la azotea y el onsen. Pudimos hacer el check-in en la propia habitación. Los servicios que nos brindaron fueron muy buenos. También puedes hacer tu propia barbacoa en la azotea, aunque es posible que tengas que decirles que quieres hacer la barbacoa tú mismo. Si no, te ayudarán a cocinar la comida y te la servirán en la habitación. La calidad de la comida de la barbacoa diría que era solo normal. Podría haber sido mejor. Me gusta que podamos elegir el desayuno en la habitación y que haya bastantes opciones para el desayuno. En cuanto a la ubicación, era un lugar muy tranquilo y parte del camino que conduce al lugar no tiene farolas y hay muchos baches, lo que dificulta conducir en la oscuridad. Hay que tener en cuenta el lugar de estacionamiento, ya que hay que aparcar en una pendiente descendente 😅. Aparte de eso, ¡fue una buena experiencia alojarse allí!

- Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type.
- There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple.
- The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍
- In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️
- One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭

Desayuno: Fue muy decepcionante. Había muy poca variedad (el hotel dijo que no había muchos huéspedes el día que fuimos). Solo había 4 platos principales (arroz, arroz frito con huevo, champiñones salteados y sopa clara). La ensalada se había acabado hacía mucho tiempo y no la repusieron. Solo quedaba un tipo de tortita tailandesa, ni palitos de masa frita, ni fideos de arroz con salsa de curry, ni salchicha tailandesa del noreste, ni gachas de arroz secas, ni fideos. Si hubiéramos ido en un día concurrido, habríamos podido probar más.
3/10. Personal del restaurante: Solo había una persona en la estación de huevos. Me dio pena la joven empleada con gafas, pero fue muy eficiente en su servicio, preparando café y recogiendo platos sin parar. ¡Excelente!

However, only 1 bed room comes with King size bed while the other room is provided with Queen size bed .. It will be good if both rooms are provided with same kings size bed as 2 couples may share the same villa and both adults couples prefer to have king size bed ..

JJitmanaMy stay at Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort was seriously awesome. The whole vibe of the place is incredible, like something out of a fairy tale. But what really blew me away was the service. The staff were so friendly and down-to-earth, always there to help with a smile, but never in a stuffy way. They made us feel so welcome, like we were staying with friends.
The facilities are just top-notch, too. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are super well-kept—perfect for a morning stroll. Our room was spotless and comfy, and we had everything we needed. Honestly, it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing people and a beautiful setting, this is it. We're already planning our next trip back!

UUsuario anónimoIt was a big house with 2 bedrooms - 2 queen sized and 1 king sized bed. It had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast included. They gave us new towels and bottles of water each day. The surroundings were beautiful. Good location to explore Khao Yai area, with a petrol station and a convenience store nearby.
