Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

Overall it's good, room is clean except that I have problem using power plug type G (UK) in the room (unable to plug in). Called for room service to request for a converter or extension, room service promise to call back in 10 minutes but there's no feedback at all then. No iron in the room although there's an iron board. I only found it out last minute, I don't have time to request for it as we are in a rush to prepare to check out. Suggest anyone need an iron to request it beforehand upon check-in to the hotel.

Great choice if you need to stay in this side of the city. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful.

I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable.

I stayed here one night while in the city for some business meetings. The location is quite good, in the city center. Room and washroom are both quite wide and spacious but a bit outdated, furniture results a bit work out, anyway for one night in the city it’s ok. Breakfast quality was a bit average, but you can find both Indians and continental options. Gym is basic, but with a good variety of machines and a very nice view over the city during sunrise. Something to improve: I found some black hair under the sheets (I am blond) and the room was a bit dusty: suggest the hotel staff to care a bit more about cleanliness.
