Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. baño bien, comida buena, ubicación buena, pero una recepción no útil Preguntó tres preguntas. a) puedo tener una clave extra, puedo responder ' ayuda. b) puedes llamarme a un taxi, contestar no puedo ayudar. c) puede hacer una reserva de restaurante, responde que no puedo ayudar. Basicamente no quieren ayudar en absoluto en el frente. comportamiento de la recepción joven , no interesado en resolver las necesidades de los clientes.

Very spacious. Clean but does not look like it is clean as many items are worn out But ok for a quick trip

Las habitaciones son viejas, algunas instalaciones se han envejecido. El personal de servicio es muy entusiasta y hay problemas que se pueden resolver a tiempo. La clase de desayuno no es mucho, pero es relativamente raffinada, hay frutas disponibles todos los días, ¡muy bien! ¡Hay un parque al lado del hotel muy adecuado para caminar. En resumen, el precio es bueno,  Si tienes oportunidad, la próxima vez lo utilizarás. 

Luxury Hotel with great location.Breakfast is superb.Vibe inside the resort is good.Rooftop restaurent is amazing in the night.Good for 1night stay with kids.Will surely revisit.

Todo es increíble

Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.
