Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. baño bien, comida buena, ubicación buena, pero una recepción no útil Preguntó tres preguntas. a) puedo tener una clave extra, puedo responder ' ayuda. b) puedes llamarme a un taxi, contestar no puedo ayudar. c) puede hacer una reserva de restaurante, responde que no puedo ayudar. Basicamente no quieren ayudar en absoluto en el frente. comportamiento de la recepción joven , no interesado en resolver las necesidades de los clientes.

Centrally located. Road outside suffers high traffic. But the hotel is beautiful with attentive staff. Parking was a breeze! Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast spread was fabulous. Great choice

I like this hotel. But they did not reply the pick up service availability by the mail. So I spent non-expected time to find the available vehicle. Their response need to improve. Except that, It was good hotel.

Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

Experiencia sorprendente. La ubicación es un poco confidencial, pero la propiedad es muy buena. Así es la hospitalidad. Incluso los restaurantes dentro del hotel tienen buena comida.
