stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

This hotel was exceptional and definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was unforgettable and all the staff were approachable and ready to have a good chat. My family and I interacted with lots of bubbly staff with excellent service at the breakfast. The staff at the lobby were no different, they spontaneously helped us to open the doors and pull our luggages with friendly words of greeting. The concierge workers were also a great help with finding our way around the big city of Jakarta, and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area. Additionally, they allowed us to check out late at 1pm even with the limited vacancies. When we accidentally dropped our bags on the floor, one concierge lady even rushed to help us pick them up. The room itself was clean and spacious with no bad odours, and the beds were extra comfortable with their memory foam pillows. Complementary water, milk, tea and coffee was also provided. The breakfast on the 90th was another memorable feature. There was a cold section and hot section for the food, and a menu you could order from. For drinks, the highlights were customizable freshly grinded juice and homemade tea with table service on a cart. The same floor also had a great view of the city skyline (I reccomend the night view and sunrise if your an early riser). The indoor pool and gym is a great stop for a cooldown if you need a break from the heat, or just want to have a workout. Both facilities were clean and convenient. The location was another big hit, the hotel was right in the middle of centeral Jakarta, and a short walk away from a bus station and MRT, along with a bunch of malls/plazas with lots of great places to eat and drink. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, and I strongly recommend you to try it out.

New try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

Everything was good.I was surprised upon entering the room as it was decorated for my advance birthday.The rooms were huge but the set back was that the interior furnitures are outdated and the breakfast was very limited.Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and i dont mind returning to this hotel again if i were to come to jakarta again due to its strategic location and i will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Not that recommended if you looking for a 5 star hotel standards. Staffs are friendly, but the room doesn't looks like the photos it shows. My room's lights are quite dark, and beside the roadside. So even is at 12am still quite noisy from the outside. And the plugs beside the bed both have issue, so I have to inform the team. For the telephone, I couldn't call the team, they said probably technician problem, so come and fixed it. But after checking it said because I didn't press 0 first. I think it would be great if on the phone they can paste an instruction sticker better. The light in the toilet also quite dark, it is hard for a lady to do the makeup since light is not enough and there's no additional small mirror that can zoom in see the details type. The location is great, you can walk over to plaza indo and grand indo. Staffs are friendly and helpful also. But overall quality needs to improve if looking for 5 stars standards.

I’ve stayed at Pullman on several occasions, and the staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. However, this particular stay was more challenging than my previous experiences. Upon checking in, I encountered several issues with the room. The shower head was dripping, the sliding door to the bathroom was faulty, and the air conditioning was not cooling sufficiently. To the hotel's credit, these issues were attended to promptly. Unfortunately, the sliding door malfunctioned again later during my stay, although it was repaired quickly once more. As I was staying for 12 days, I was disappointed to learn that the complimentary laundry service is only available for bookings made directly through the hotel. I had initially tried to book directly through the hotel via the Citibank Concierge service, but unfortunately, no rooms were available through that channel, so I had to make my reservation through an alternative booking platform. Given the circumstances and the length of my stay, I had hoped the hotel could have extended the complimentary laundry service as a goodwill gesture. I would also like to thank the hotel for the complimentary beer and food platter provided over the weekend. It was a thoughtful gesture and was very much appreciated. Lastly, there was a fire incident on the final day of my stay, which was understandably quite alarming and left a lasting impression. Despite these setbacks, Pullman remains one of my favourite hotels because of its excellent service and welcoming staff. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to invest in upgrading its facilities and strengthening its safety and security standards so that guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay. I look forward to returning in the future and having an even better experience.

Good facilities for fitness center, swimming with cold and warm indoor pool. Breakfast is decent with combination of asian and western food.

On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

La habitación era espaciosa, sin espumantes y muy bien equipada con cocina y lavavajillas, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, y está muy cerca de muchas atracciones y áreas de negocios, mientras que sigue siendo tranquila y tranquila. I liked the swimming pools, especially the outdoor one, they're kid's pool and the adult pool, the adult one was so big and decorated with manicure garden around them, they are probably the best in Jakarta for hotel resorts. That's enjoyable. The breakfast was fine except they didn't put more bakeries around 45 minutes before 10 am at the closing time, we didn't get things like croissants etc, we were disappointed. The service from reception was not great, when we called in to inform them that our room was missing an ironing board and a few things that they supposed to be in kitchen, the called was not answered after waiting for a while. So we had to go down on foot to go to reception. After all of that they still didn't fully provided what we requested, we were not demanding people, we just wanted have what supposed to be there. Crossing the road to Pik Avenue Mall was very challenging, there were pedestrians crossing but in Indonesia they don't stop and give way at zebra crossing, we had to follow locals who were familiar and knew how to cross through heavy traffic bravely.
