Great stay so far. The bathroom was a lil bit dirty because the water leaking from the little shower. It supposed to be fixed soon. One additional point, the positive ones, is that, there is a massage seat in the pantry now. It is very useful for many travellers or tourists. The great thing in here is the access. Right in front of the hotel, theres many museums and foods eveerywhere. It is crowded at night but it is a good thing for a tourist spot or entertainment. The staff is helpful. At first check in, the AC is not cool so I need to go to reception to make a complain, but it was handled professionally by the male staff. Thank you for everything

Situado en el centro de la zona de Cikini, cerca de la estación de tren de Gambir. Muchas opciones culinarias en el barrio. La habitación era espaciosa y contaba con las comodidades necesarias.

I often stay at Accor hotels. I have been to different Ibis hotels in various parts of the world. An Ibis Budget may be old and worn out, but an Ibis hotel must always have good bed linen, a proper mattress, a good pillow, and blackout curtains. This hotel is quite decent considering the price and location, but it absolutely does not meet Ibis standards. The mattress and pillows were disappointing. At the same time, I would like to note that the hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The front desk and housekeeping were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

El lugar es mejor que el N1, me mudé del hotel N1 a Alma a pesar de que visité dos veces por semana a partir del 2022 porque el guardia de seguridad me obligó a pagar el estacionamiento. Mantenga la amabilidad de los guardias de seguridad de Alma. Gracias

I stay here for roughly a week because I have to go to RSCM everyday. The location was great, and has easy access to Cikini Commuterline station and bus stop to strategic location. Overall my experience was nice

Amazingly good price in the. Center of Jakarta , clean roon decent sized bathroom and full window view all around.. Its not the Hilton , but for a short stay its very decent. Reception staff are also very friendly

I was very disappointed with my experience at Saffron Suites Syariah “SUPER DUPER DISSAPOINTED” I booked the room for two people, but after arriving, I was informed of several restrictions that were not clearly communicated to me when I made the booking. My partner was not allowed to visit me without being questioned about our relationship, and I was also informed that unmarried couples are subject to restrictions. I was additionally asked to sign hotel regulations only upon arrival, including a restriction on bringing alcohol into the room. These conditions were not clearly brought to my attention before I paid for the booking. I fully respect that a Syariah hotel may have its own rules. However, such important restrictions should be clearly disclosed before guests make and pay for a reservation, not presented only after arrival. THIS IS SO UNETHICAL due to not to disclose this kind of information in the public I strongly recommend that future guests confirm all hotel policies directly with the property before booking, particularly regarding partners, visitors, marriage requirements and alcohol (I have been even asked to presented the official marriage certificate) this is truly INSANE For me, this was an unexpected and very uncomfortable experience, and I believe these policies should be made much clearer to customers before they book. And specially for Trip.com and the team to do further investigation on this.

Estaba aquí porque tuve un precio muy barato cuando me reservaba en Trip.com . Aparece, hay un tipo de habitación único que puede ser hecho por ti mismo. Muy cómodo. Creo que es mejor que quedarme aquí que tener que permanecer en un albergue. En esta Residence Kartini 8 tiene privacidad con espaciosamente espaciosos y limpios. Hay aire acondicionado, escritorio de trabajo y TV inteligente. La ubicación está en los grandes campos. No muy lejos del centro de la ciudad. Oya, también hay un calefactor de agua. Aquí está la lavandería. muy satisfecho.la calidad de los precios es poco barata.
