We’ve just returned from a truly perfect 9-night stay at Katikies Santorini and already wish we were back. From start to finish, everything was faultless. Sofia and the entire team were absolutely brilliant – genuinely warm, attentive without ever being overbearing, and always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully kept, and the views are simply incredible – one of those places that really does live up to the photos (if not exceed them). Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly. Having spent nine nights here, I’d honestly recommend staying at least a week, if not longer, to properly take it all in. It’s one of those places that isn’t meant to be rushed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a bit more time. Being among the few guests staying longer really allowed us to appreciate it fully, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning.

El servicio del hotel fue excelente; el personal estaba siempre disponible para ayudar. El paisaje era magnífico, con vistas panorámicas de Santorini. El restaurante servía comida deliciosa. El transporte era cómodo, con una parada de autobús a solo dos o tres minutos.

La habitación está bien, los productos de cama están cómodos, la piscina está cálida, pero muy pequeña, el desayuno es un menú, el sabor y la comida son buenos, hay una pequeña diferencia cada día. Hay servicio de cama nocturna, se enviarán distintos regalos antes de dormir cada día, el paisaje también es muy bonito, justo en el vulcano. La única insuficiencia es que se debe cobrar el equipaje. Además, se debe ir muy lejos del estacionamiento al hotel. Todos los días, se descansa sobre el coche y se descansa.

Excelente hotel. Bellas vistas al Sol desde la propiedad. Muy amigable y útil personal. Sería muy recomendable esta propiedad.

This is my 2nd time at Astarte Suites and I had an amazing experience this time just like I did the first time. The views of the caldera here are incredible and their infinity pool is gorgeous. I booked the honeymoon suite and everything about it was great. I loved having a private balcony and a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful outdoor view. Breakfast was top notch and there is always a person at concierge to help you with anything you need to book. The only thing you really have to consider is location - it is a little bit remote which not too much around however we did venture out to The Good Heart which is a restaurant you can get to on foot by the hotel and it was amazing. Other than that you need transportation everywhere. This was perfect for a beautiful intimate romantic and relaxing stay.

設施：入住時洗手間桑拿設施壞了，浴缸熱水一直上不來不能泡浴缸。 衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。 環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。 服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。 個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

去之前和酒店的聯繫就靠郵件，因為我們這裏上不了WhatsApp,他們用不來微信。所以有啥問題就給酒店發郵件，回覆還是很快的。 聖島上的房子基本都是酒店或民宿，出租車一般都不能直達門口。最好讓酒店聯繫機場接送，價格是40歐（好像旺季會上浮）這樣到了司機會和酒店聯繫派人來接。 酒店位於費拉小鎮比較中心的位置，離商業，汽車站很近，去伊亞鎮也很方便，乘車半個小時就到了。 這個房間只有一個洗手間＋淋浴室，所以一家三口住還是可以的。沙發床放出來還是蠻大的，但是走道就會變得很窄。整個衞生間比較緊湊，多一個人都會覺得有點擠😂😂具體可以看一下視頻 早餐非常豐富，雞蛋，麪包，小漢堡，三明治，可頌🥐，水果，cheese餅，希臘酸奶，橙汁，茶水，每人一份，吃都吃不完。重點是，它家的餐廳正對着愛琴海，一般享受早餐一邊看着美景，無敵了😊

是我住過五星級酒店裡最差的沒有之一……首先就是火山景觀房非常不值，很難看到火山景，而且窗户朝向大馬路，來來往往的摩託車吵到凌晨都睡不好，和酒店溝通之後酒店換了一個價值低的房間，以為會安靜，結果隔音超級差，外面人説話笑都聽的一清二楚。 在一個就是衞生，蒼蠅亂飛，窗户上都是不明液體的痕跡，菜單粘手，衞生間的窗户上有兩個大蒼蠅的屍體……我真的想知道這五星級連最基本的乾淨衞生都做不到嗎？ 服務態度是好的，但是我不建議中國人來住，攜程的客服態度很好幫忙溝通了很多問題，但是兩個晚上沒睡好➕酒店很臟是不爭的事實……

ハネムーンで利用しました 日本語を話せるスタッフさんがたまたまいており、お世話になりました！！ 基本的には綺麗でよかったのですが、細かなところ（端っこなど）に清掃がきちんとされておらず、埃が溜まってるところがあり、少し気になりました あとは、最終日フライトの時刻が早く、朝食の時間に間に合わなかったので、ルームサービスで対応していただいたのですが、あまりにも酷い内容。朝食ビュッフェは申し分ないくらい素敵な内容でしたが、ルームサービスでは、温めもしていない薄い食パン3枚に小さなジャム、冷えた小さなコーヒーで、びっくりでした。。

El hotel es bueno, está orientado al este. No es un hotel en un acantilado, pero se puede ver el amanecer. Está bastante cerca de varias iglesias con cúpulas azules en Fira. Hay muchos restaurantes a unos cientos de metros de la puerta. También tiene restaurante propio, pero no es muy selectivo. El desayuno es rico, pero el desayunador no tiene aire acondicionado. Finalmente, me gustaría enfatizar que no hay lagos de agua dulce en la isla, por lo que toda el agua doméstica es agua desalinizada, toda el agua del grifo es salada y compramos agua embotellada para beber.
