Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

I truly don’t even know where to begin with Elizabeth… she is exceptional. Our stay at Theano Cave Suites was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as pictured online, but Elizabeth is what made our experience feel genuinely 5-star. Before we even arrived in Santorini, she had everything arranged for us. A private driver was waiting at the port with our name, our room was ready early, and from the moment we arrived, we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing. She completely took everything off our plate. Every morning she prepared the most incredible homemade breakfast, at whatever time we preferred, and would help us plan our day… where to go, what to see, transportation, reservations… everything. She somehow made everything feel effortless while still being incredibly personal and genuine. My husband and I were completely blown away by her. We actually decided to stay an extra night in Santorini because of the experience she created for us.  The suite itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and everything you would hope for… but Elizabeth is what makes this place unforgettable. I can confidently say that if we return to Santorini, I would specifically return here just to have Elizabeth as our host again. If you are looking for a carefree, luxurious and truly special experience in Santorini… book this place. And if you have Elizabeth taking care of you, consider yourself incredibly lucky. She is truly one of the best things this island has to offer. 🤍

Este es el mejor lugar para permanecer. Utilizaremos este lugar de nuevo si viajamos a Zakynthos. El personal es amable, el desayuno es delicioso, las instalaciones son limpias y la piscina es hermosa. Descansar bajo la sombra de un olivo fue como un sueño. Gracias por todo.

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

Se puede ver la puesta de sol desde el balcón privado de la habitación. La distribución y las instalaciones de la habitación son satisfactorias. Cualquier hotel de Oia está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. Sin embargo, el servicio de este hotel no está a la altura de su precio de gama alta. Mi peor calificación es para el servicio del hotel. Ante situaciones especiales, el personal de atención al cliente no tiene la autoridad para atender los problemas de los clientes con la mayor rapidez posible, lo que supone una larga espera y un gasto de energía para los clientes. El servicio del hotel es muy deficiente. Cuando el botones llevó mi maleta a la habitación, como la levantaron y la pusieron al hombro, la palanca de la maleta no se bajó ni se levantó. La palanca se movió recta, lo que provocó que la maleta quedara torcida. Como mi maleta es tamaño queen, el peso se transfiere a la parte superior de la palanca. Hay una gran distancia desde el lugar donde se lleva la maleta hasta el hotel. Como el hotel está en un acantilado, es necesario subir y bajar escaleras constantemente. La palanca de la maleta después de llegar a la habitación no se puede bajar normalmente. Cuando me enteré, lo reporté a la recepción del hotel lo antes posible, pero el hotel no se ocupó del asunto, diciendo que el gerente vendría a verlo al día siguiente. Después de que el gerente vino a verlo al día siguiente, no hubo seguimiento. Más tarde, supe que el gerente del hotel informó a la oficina central del hotel, pero la oficina central del hotel no estaba dispuesta a compensar. Al hacer el check out, el hotel nos eximió de tres días de desayuno por 60 euros. Más tarde, cuando estábamos a punto de llegar al puerto, la plataforma dijo que el hotel quería que volviéramos. Si no volvíamos al hotel, no nos compensarían por una maleta normal. ¿No es esto intencional? Sabían que teníamos mucho que hacer y que no podíamos regresar, pero nos dijeron que nos compensarían con una maleta de decenas de euros que se vendía en una tienda normal y corriente, sin ninguna marca. Sin embargo, ya habíamos reservado billetes de barco y hoteles a otras partes de Grecia, así que no podíamos renunciar a nuestro próximo viaje por una maleta. Gastamos cientos de dólares en comprar nuestra propia maleta, y tuvimos que asumir que fue mala suerte que el asa estuviera dañada. Si no hay ninguna necesidad especial, sigue siendo una buena idea alojarse en este hotel. Si hay alguna necesidad especial, no esperen un servicio de alta calidad ni una alta eficiencia en la gestión de problemas.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Definitivamente recomenda si usted está buscando un lugar amistoso pero de calidad en una ubicación excelente!

Este hotel es especial. Recomiendo con gran interés la habitación con balcón exclusivo. La vista es maravillosa, sólo puede ver vista panorámica con su compañía. El desayuno en la habitación también es muy bueno. El personal es tan amable, la instalación es perfecta.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

La habitación está en Iaa, todavía está un poco lejos del aeropuerto, pero el paisaje de Iaa es hermoso. Esta es adecuada para la familia para vivir, hay dos camas y luego el desayuno es bueno, la única desventaja es que el cuarto tiene un gusto.

Everything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.
