Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

¡Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado! El entorno es impresionante y el servicio es atento y amable, desde la recepción hasta la cena. Es un hotel pequeño y encantador (de lujo), donde puedes relajarte sin aglomeraciones. No hay vistas a la puesta de sol sobre las cúpulas. La única mejora sería que el hotel ofreciera un servicio de transporte cada hora entre Fira y Oia (el hotel está en medio), ya que el autobús solo va en una dirección, lo que significa que primero hay que ir a Oia, luego a Fira y después coger otro autobús para llegar al hotel desde Fira. (4 euros por los dos autobuses o 20 euros por trayecto). El servicio fue excepcional, desde la recepción hasta la cena. Mención especial para nuestra recepcionista, cuyo nombre empezaba por F…, y para Eleini en el almuerzo. El desayuno gratuito es excelente, aunque las mesas con vistas al mar y sombra son limitadas. ¡El servicio y la comida lo compensan con creces! Nos dieron una habitación superior, una suite, y al registrarnos recibimos una botella de vino rosado y agua, además de chocolate y más agua durante el servicio de preparación de la cama.

A truly special stay — raw, beautiful, and full of character From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Vincent, the manager, had arranged for a staff member to meet us at the Post Office. From there, we walked the famous donkey path down to the hotel — and honestly, it was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Stunning views, donkeys along the way — it’s Santorini. If you expect a completely flat walk, you’re in the wrong place. And that’s not the hotel’s problem. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the stairs, calling it dirty or difficult. Having experienced it myself, I can tell you: it’s nothing. A little walk, a little effort — perfectly fine. If someone can’t manage that, they probably shouldn’t be visiting Santorini in the first place. And the hotel already arranged for staff to carry our luggage both ways — so the hard part was handled. The hotel isn’t trying to be some fake luxury resort. It’s authentic, raw, and full of soul. The location is simply the MOST stunning spot in the area — unbeatable for photos and views. We were incredibly fortunate to be given a room with an indoor hot tub. If you’re visiting Santorini in the winter or early spring, this is incredibly important — it’s cold and windy outside to stay long. I searched for a long time and realized there aren’t many places here with an indoor hot tub. The water was exceptionally clean which made all the difference. Deep, warm, and absolutely relaxing on those cooler March days. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed — toiletries, coffee machine, water, all provided. Visiting Greece this time of year is actually fantastic. Streets are quiet, no crowds. The views are just as stunning, and you don’t have to deal with extreme heat. Of course, the weather is a bit of a gamble — sometimes it rains — but there are always moments of sunshine. And the best part? It’s not as expensive as in the summer. A place like this is an absolute steal. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared with Greet and American to choose from — a great start to each day. If you’re looking for a place with real character, soul, and the most beautiful setting in Oia — this is it. The team was warm and attentive. Genuinely grateful for our stay. Thanks Old Castle Oia!

There's so much to say about the beautiful Mardanza Suites. Firstly, the views are SPECTACULAR. I felt we got this place at a steal for such views of the crater from the balcony. Location is right at the heart of Imerovigli - no complaints. You can take a 25 mins walk down to Fira, take a public bus, or drive over. Walk is scenic but the summer heat can be brutal. Do consider your luggage though as there are quite a few steps before you get to the suites. Although, Veronica was kind to arrange for a porter to help us bring our 25kg luggage down when we arrived. Additional porter services are available if you texted her in advance. Check-in was fast and straight-forward. Veronica meets you personally and goes through the house rules. We brought food back to the villa on a couple occasions to enjoy the crater view. It really is magnificent at sunset. And just a 10 mins walk away from the Sakros Rock too. Place is not over packed like in Oia, and you get equally stunning views. The only downside really, was that the electricity kept tripping on us. There were 3 occasions the electricity tripped, once was overnight for 6 hours... Thankfully, the room was somehow kept cool even without the AC. There's a balcony so insects are inevitable. But they didn't pose too much of a problem. Overall, we'd still recommend the place :)

Este es el mejor lugar para permanecer. Utilizaremos este lugar de nuevo si viajamos a Zakynthos. El personal es amable, el desayuno es delicioso, las instalaciones son limpias y la piscina es hermosa. Descansar bajo la sombra de un olivo fue como un sueño. Gracias por todo.

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

Este hotel es especial. Recomiendo con gran interés la habitación con balcón exclusivo. La vista es maravillosa, sólo puede ver vista panorámica con su compañía. El desayuno en la habitación también es muy bueno. El personal es tan amable, la instalación es perfecta.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

La dirección del hotel y el mapa no son el mismo lugar en absoluto. Caminé mucho. La habitación arreglada no era el tipo de habitación reservada. Me comuniqué con Ctrip para resolver el problema perfectamente.

¡Qué experiencia tan extraordinaria en el Terra Blanca Suite Hotel! Pasamos una semana absolutamente increíble, arrullados por los placeres de la piscina y el mar. La cálida bienvenida y la disponibilidad constante de nuestros anfitriones añadieron un toque excepcional a nuestra estancia. Y hablemos de esta impresionante vista desde la piscina, una verdadera invitación a relaj**** en las cómodas tumbonas y bajo las sombrillas. Además, a tan sólo 100 metros, ¡un Carrefour para nuestras necesidades de abastecimiento! Lo más destacado de la mañana fue el desayuno, servido a nuestra conveniencia, con una multitud de deliciosas opciones. Sin embargo, un pequeño inconveniente porque es necesario, la ausencia de café en las fórmulas fue un inconveniente muy leve. Notamos algunos detalles como la ausencia de cápsulas y leche corporal, pero en realidad, eso es solo una minucia. Las suites estaban impecablemente limpias, agradablemente decoradas y de una calidad innegable. ¡Este viaje fue perfecto y ahora lo único que realmente queremos es regresar para otra escapada o no abandonar nunca este lugar encantador!
