My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number.

¡La experiencia en este clásico hotel de cinco estrellas fue fantástica! La ropa de cama era suave y agradable para la piel, así que dormí muy bien. La habitación también tenía una cafetera de cápsulas, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle. La ubicación es inmejorable, a poca distancia a pie de Circular Quay y de las calles comerciales cercanas, ideal para un relajante paseo por la ciudad. Durante el Año Nuevo chino, el hotel estaba prácticamente lleno, con muy pocas habitaciones disponibles, pero el personal del hotel fue increíblemente atento y nos ayudó a conseguir una estancia de dos noches consecutivas. El servicio fue muy cálido y acogedor. ¡Es definitivamente mi primera opción para alojarme y lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out. However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, se puede ir andando a todas partes en la ciudad. Está a solo 5 minutos de Circular Quay y se puede llegar fácilmente a pie a la Ópera de Sídney y al Puente del Puerto. Además, desde la habitación se ve el Puente, ¡es fantástico!

Las habitaciones son similares a las suites, con amplias zonas y una distribución espacial razonable. Todas las configuraciones de la habitación están disponibles. El área de la cocina cuenta con estufa, horno, ollas, tazones, platos, cuchillos, tenedores, palillos y lavavajillas. El área de lavado cuenta con lavadora y secadora, y tina de lavado. Hay un guardarropa al lado de la cama y una caja fuerte. Hay un gran balcón exterior. Solo se necesitan entre 15 y 20 minutos para llegar andando a la terminal de pasajeros T2 del aeropuerto nacional. Transporte conveniente

En resumen, el Pullman Hyde Park Sydney es un hotel estupendo con gimnasio y piscina con buenas vistas. Las habitaciones están limpias y la ubicación es perfecta para acceder a todos los lugares turísticos más famosos. Nos alojamos 5 noches en el Pullman Hyde Park Sydney a mediados de mayo. Llegamos al hotel sobre las 10:00, antes de la hora de entrada prevista. Solicitamos un check-in anticipado en recepción; sin embargo, nos informaron de que no había habitaciones disponibles hasta la 1:00. Esto era comprensible, dada nuestra llegada temprana. Durante la espera, agradecimos el dispensador de agua y los refrigerios disponibles para los huéspedes. Una desventaja fue que el hotel solo tenía tres ascensores, insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. Uno incluso se averió y los otros dos eran bastante lentos. Reservamos una habitación Superior King con vistas a Hyde Park, que era preciosa. La habitación estaba limpia, sin olores ni manchas. Sin embargo, en nuestra primera habitación faltaban zapatillas desechables y el teléfono estaba roto. El personal envió rápidamente a un técnico y nos trasladó a una planta superior con teléfono en funcionamiento. Fueron muy atentos, pero tuvimos que trasladar nuestro equipaje nosotros mismos, ya que no podían ayudarnos. (Eran alrededor de las 18:00, así que puede que tuvieran poco personal en ese momento). Pasamos un rato en el gimnasio, pero, por desgracia, se acabó el agua potable sobre las 18:00. Llamamos al conserje para que la reabasteciera, pero no había llegado nadie cuando nos fuimos. La piscina estaba bien y también había jacuzzi. Sin embargo, este estaba situado justo al lado del gimnasio, frente a la entrada acristalada, así que cualquiera que saliera del ascensor podía verte disfrutando, lo que puede ser un problema para algunos huéspedes. Lo mejor fue correr en la cinta mientras disfrutaba de la impresionante puesta de sol sobre el horizonte de la ciudad; fue espectacular. ¡La ubicación era fantástica! Las principales paradas de autobús estaban a solo 6 minutos a pie, lo que proporcionaba fácil acceso a Bondi Beach, la Estación Central y Darling Harbour, etc. Además, estaba a solo 15-20 minutos a pie del puerto, lo que facilitaba mucho explorar la zona. En general, aunque creo que hay opciones más económicas con ventajas de ubicación similares, la limpieza en el Pullman Hyde Park era notablemente mejor que en esas alternativas.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy cercana al aeropuerto y tiene fácil acceso a la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía buenas instalaciones, por ejemplo, cocina, cafetera, lavavajillas, etc. Algunos aspectos de la habitación necesitarían un poco de actualización ya que puede ver que ya no es de marca nueva. La piscina y el jacuzzi eran hermosos, pero el jacuzzi no siempre funcionaba y no tenía luz de trabajo la noche. En general, el hotel es agradable, el personal era amigable - nos quedaríamos otra vez :).

Beautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.

Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.
