Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

This was my first stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. My only concern was that I had requested a room away from the elevator, but I was assigned Room 1034 directly next to it. The noise from guests using the elevator and passing by the room affected my stay. Overall, a good stay, but I hope room requests can be better accommodated in the future.

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

Great location, but a couple of operational hiccups Overall a pleasant stay — the location is fantastic and breakfast was genuinely excellent, both the food and the breakfast area itself. A few things let the experience down, though. I was checked into an accessible room without being asked, which caused problems since the bathroom setup is impractical for a non-handicapped guest. I went to reception to ask if my profile had a note requesting an accessible room — it didn’t, so this seems to have just been an availability decision made for me. They offered to move me, but after a long day I didn’t want the hassle of relocating. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at a Sofitel in Sydney, so it seems worth flagging as a pattern. Check-in was also slow. There was only one staff member at the desk, with the rest of the process pushed to self-service kiosks — which didn’t work for me, meaning a 10-minute wait after a long flight. When I asked why only one person was staffing reception, I got excuses rather than a real answer. I’d stay again for the location and breakfast, but hotel management should look at reception staffing levels and how accessible rooms get assigned.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, se puede ir andando a todas partes en la ciudad. Está a solo 5 minutos de Circular Quay y se puede llegar fácilmente a pie a la Ópera de Sídney y al Puente del Puerto. Además, desde la habitación se ve el Puente, ¡es fantástico!

Nos alojamos en el Pullman Hyde Park de Sídney durante las vacaciones de Navidad y, aunque la ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro de la ciudad, con fácil acceso a atracciones y restaurantes, el hotel en sí se siente un poco anticuado. El edificio definitivamente necesitaría algunas reformas para ajustarse al precio. Tuvimos un problema con la tapa del inodoro, que estaba mal colocada y no se podía subir, lo que resultaba incómodo para mi marido. No fue un inconveniente importante, pero sí un poco incómodo. Otra desventaja fue la falta de insonorización de las habitaciones. Se oía mucho ruido del pasillo y de otras habitaciones, lo que dificultaba dormir bien. El jacuzzi era bastante pequeño, mucho más pequeño de lo esperado, pero, como nota positiva, la piscina de la azotea fue un punto culminante. La vista de Hyde Park y el horizonte circundante era absolutamente impresionante; sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia. En general, es una opción decente si buscas una ubicación céntrica, pero por el precio esperaba algo más en términos de calidad de la habitación y comodidades.

La ubicación del hotel está en el mar, muy cerca del centro, porque los niños están en el campamento de verano, en general, sigue siendo muy conveniente, el diseño de decoración es muy elegante, el pago voluntario es 3500 (5 noches) actualizado la habitación del mar, con terraza, pero la habitación es un poco grande, y el vestido es una factura, esto no me gusta. Y el desayuno es realmente muy común, exactamente igual a todos los días, no hay nada que sea adecuado para zg, paraoeste, esperamos que se mejore. Otros servicios están bien.

Beautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.
