My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

Super Singapura-friendly en términos de comodidad: la ubicación era fantástica, literalmente al lado del metro, caminable a Westfield para compras, y muy cerca de Darling Harbour, más el personal siempre fue cortesía y profesional, hacer la estancia suave y agradable; la única queja real, y bastante grande para mí, es que para un hotel que cuesta más de $200 por noche, no debería tener que ir al gimnasio todos los días sólo para rellenar mi botella de agua claramente tienen espacio en el lobby de ascensor (suficiente para Ponga un sofá), por lo que instalar un distribuidor de agua en cada piso realmente mejoraría la experiencia; en general, una gran estancia, pero esta situación de agua es algo que deberían considerar seriamente fijando.

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

¡La experiencia en este clásico hotel de cinco estrellas fue fantástica! La ropa de cama era suave y agradable para la piel, así que dormí muy bien. La habitación también tenía una cafetera de cápsulas, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle. La ubicación es inmejorable, a poca distancia a pie de Circular Quay y de las calles comerciales cercanas, ideal para un relajante paseo por la ciudad. Durante el Año Nuevo chino, el hotel estaba prácticamente lleno, con muy pocas habitaciones disponibles, pero el personal del hotel fue increíblemente atento y nos ayudó a conseguir una estancia de dos noches consecutivas. El servicio fue muy cálido y acogedor. ¡Es definitivamente mi primera opción para alojarme y lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

Let's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night. - The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing. - Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed! To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.

Nos alojamos en el Pullman Hyde Park de Sídney durante las vacaciones de Navidad y, aunque la ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro de la ciudad, con fácil acceso a atracciones y restaurantes, el hotel en sí se siente un poco anticuado. El edificio definitivamente necesitaría algunas reformas para ajustarse al precio. Tuvimos un problema con la tapa del inodoro, que estaba mal colocada y no se podía subir, lo que resultaba incómodo para mi marido. No fue un inconveniente importante, pero sí un poco incómodo. Otra desventaja fue la falta de insonorización de las habitaciones. Se oía mucho ruido del pasillo y de otras habitaciones, lo que dificultaba dormir bien. El jacuzzi era bastante pequeño, mucho más pequeño de lo esperado, pero, como nota positiva, la piscina de la azotea fue un punto culminante. La vista de Hyde Park y el horizonte circundante era absolutamente impresionante; sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia. En general, es una opción decente si buscas una ubicación céntrica, pero por el precio esperaba algo más en términos de calidad de la habitación y comodidades.

La ubicación del hotel está en el mar, muy cerca del centro, porque los niños están en el campamento de verano, en general, sigue siendo muy conveniente, el diseño de decoración es muy elegante, el pago voluntario es 3500 (5 noches) actualizado la habitación del mar, con terraza, pero la habitación es un poco grande, y el vestido es una factura, esto no me gusta. Y el desayuno es realmente muy común, exactamente igual a todos los días, no hay nada que sea adecuado para zg, paraoeste, esperamos que se mejore. Otros servicios están bien.

Beautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.

La habitación está muy bien equipada, con una vista muy agradable de las viudas de nuestra habitación. Las cosas son amables y útiles, dispuestos a darle recomendaciones si usted es un visitante de primera vez. El hotel tiene una sala de baile justo enfrente de la recepción, que celebra diferentes eventos personales cada noche. El hotel es amigable a los que viajan con perros. Ellos tienen cama especial y comida para perros. Pero no lo necesitamos y la puerta de la red del perro se abrió muy temprano por la mañana. Estaba bien con ella. En el otro aspecto, el hotel va demasiado lejos. El desayuno es todo para vegetarianos. Sí, todos. Como invitado, no hay opción. Es el único punto que odio especialmente. No te preocupes por lo que quieras, no empujes a los demás a hacerlo, especialmente cuando estás haciendo negocios.
