Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

I have stayed at now 3 of your properties, the hard product is great and service, efficiency etc five star. I have found consistency lacking in soft product ie- * advertised st ali coffee pods in rooms - had Nespresso  Last week I visited the Newcastle hotel for 2 night and everything was amazing should be rolled out to all properties  I.e * Byredo products       * St Ali in room pods and oat milk      * Water filter stations on each level

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

Enjoyed the area of the hotel. Really easy to get to places on such short time especially by foot. Only issue was i didn't the view i wanted. My view was a wall. The bathroom doors were also really old as they were constantly getting stuck when you would close the door. The pillows are also very bad. very soft pillows so a goods night sleep was not attained.

Solicitamos un check-in anticipado en recepción; sin embargo, nos informaron de que no había habitaciones disponibles hasta la 1:00. Esto era comprensible, dada nuestra llegada temprana. Let's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night. - The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing. - Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed! To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
