Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the body wash was empty. Luckily, we had brought our own. It might be a good idea for the staff to double-check that all bathroom amenities are properly stocked before the next guests arrive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendly service.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

Un hotel muy bonito, el personal de recepción es profesional y amable. La habitación es bastante amplia y el desayuno puede ser excelente. Este fue nuestro primer hotel en Sídney. La ubicación del hotel también es muy buena para acceder a muchos lugares turísticos importantes de Sídney. El único problema es el alto precio de la habitación. Espero que lo mejoren más adelante.

Nos alojamos recientemente en Rydges World Square y, en general, tuvimos una experiencia encantadora. La habitación era grande y muy cómoda, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera realmente agradable. A mis hijas les encantó, sobre todo por tener tanto espacio para relajarse. Lo que más aprecié fue la distribución de las habitaciones separadas para padres e hijos: nos dio privacidad sin dejar de estar juntos como familia. Tuvimos que bajar muchos pisos, y fue confuso, ya que había diferentes hoteles compartiendo la zona. Una señalización o indicaciones más claras serían de gran ayuda para futuros huéspedes. La única otra decepción fue el precio. Reservamos la habitación por 584 $, pero luego nos dimos cuenta de que el precio había bajado a 510 $. Habría sido genial tener una tarifa más baja. Aparte de estos problemas, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y consideraríamos volver.

Pros: Ubicación conveniente. Los pedidos de artículos se entregan de manera oportuna. El personal es amable. Contras: No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. El servicio de limpieza diario de la habitación solo hace la cama y muchas veces no se reemplazan ni se reponen los artículos (bolsitas de té, loción, no se vigilan las tazas, claramente tampoco se pasa la aspiradora porque las migas quedan en el piso).

La ubicación del hotel está en el mar, muy cerca del centro, porque los niños están en el campamento de verano, en general, sigue siendo muy conveniente, el diseño de decoración es muy elegante, el pago voluntario es 3500 (5 noches) actualizado la habitación del mar, con terraza, pero la habitación es un poco grande, y el vestido es una factura, esto no me gusta. Y el desayuno es realmente muy común, exactamente igual a todos los días, no hay nada que sea adecuado para zg, paraoeste, esperamos que se mejore. Otros servicios están bien.

Beautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.
