The cottage is above a 2 car garage with separate access to the entrance after walking up a flight of stairs. The main room includes an open floor plan living and dining area plus an efficiency kitchen which includes a microwave, coffee maker, sink with disposal, mini refrigerator with freezer, a large convection toaster oven and 2 ceramic burners.
