住了一晚，酒店比較新，整個酒店乾淨衞生。值得一提的是酒店的老闆和工作人員非常熱情有禮，對諮詢的問題詳細耐心的迴應。酒店距離機場有5公里，從機場來出租車約350里拉。酒店不遠有長途汽車站，可以去格魯吉亞。酒店在半山腰，往山下有幾分鐘，有幾個超市，餐廳也很多，因為非旅遊區，價格實惠。總之是一次非常愉快經歷。強烈推薦。

El hotel es muy agradable. Está en el centro, a 5 minutos de la plaza principal, cafés, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias en todo el mundo. El hotel ayudó a ordenar viajes, personal amable, amable, responsivo. Mesa sueca para cualquier sabor.

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The location is very close to the airport, making travel easy and convenient. They also offer tours in Trabzon, which made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

Genel olarak konaklamam oldukça keyifliydi. Otelin konumu havaalanına yakın ve şehir merkezine (Meydan’a) taksiyle ulaşım çok kısa sürüyor; üstelik taksi ücretleri de ***et makul. Yürümek isterseniz yaklaşık bir saat sürüyor ki bu da ***et yapılabilir bir mesafe. Odam temizdi ve manzarası çok güzeldi, hatta nezaket gösterip oda tipimi yükselttiler (upgrade yaptılar). Ancak bir noktaya değinmem gerekiyor: Personelin büyük çoğunluğu güler yüzlü olsa da, bir çalışan sadece dış görünüşüm farklı olduğu için beni hedef alıp gereksiz sorularıyla beni oldukça darladı. Bu tavrın yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum ve dürüst olmak gerekirse bu durum, lobiye her gidişimde kendimi huzursuz ve gergin hissetmeme neden oldu. Özetle; bu tatsız deneyim dışında konaklamam ***et iyiydi ve otelin konumu büyük bir avantaj.

El hotel está situado cerca del consulado (eso es el propósito de la llegada) y es muy conveniente en el centro. Hay una sala con sofás y asientos para esperar/repos, todo tipo de simpatía.Francamente, no pensé mucho, estaba muy cansado. En el respiratorio, dijo sobre su reserva y extendió su pasaporte. Muy amable y sonriente recepcionistas. Fui rápidamente decorado y asentado en el piso 6 en la habitación 607. No esperaba ver una cama grande en el cuarto único, fue muy agradable. La habitación es pequeña, pero para una persona muy buena. Todo lo que necesitaba era una botella de agua, tuve que ir a la tienda (pero probablemente podría haber llamado y me habría traído) en la mesa había varios bolsillos de té y café con crema. La audición es alta, siempre hay algunos sonidos como si sin el fin estaba limpiando o vivimos junto al lavandería 😅 La vista de la habitación que verás en la foto. El desayuno no estaba muy interesado, ya que sólo comí fruta por la mañana, pero todavía miré allí. El desayuno medio habitual es queso, omeletas, salsa, aceites de oliva, verduras, verdes y un poco de pastel. Café y té sólidos en bolsas. No se ha enfadado completamente 😒.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

El hotel es limpio con un millón de agua, y el servicio es excelente, con nuestra petición, Moi Magabou, esperamos una hora anoche, una noche, muy perturbador, no podíamos dormir, confort, el desayuno era limitado y no diverso, y no era adecuado para los árabes.
