We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

En general, me ha gustado mucho el alojamiento. La ubicación del hotel está cerca del aeropuerto y el transporte por taxi al centro de la ciudad (a la plaza) es muy corto, además de las tarifas de taxi *** razonable. Si quiere caminar, tarda una hora, y eso es una distancia posible. Mi habitación era limpia y tenía una vista muy bonita, incluso se mostraron amables y me han actualizado. Pero tengo que abordar un punto: aunque la gran mayoría del personal es ridícula, un empleado me ha apuntado y me ha apretado con preguntas innecesarias porque sólo la apariencia exterior es diferente. Creo que esta actitud es incorrecta y, para ser sincera, eso me ha causado una sensación de inquietud y tensión cada vez que me vaya al lobby. En resumen, no me quedaba aparte de esta experiencia desagradable... y la ubicación del hotel es una gran ventaja.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.
