Serenity resort Amazing hotel - would highly recommend staying here. We stayed at serenity resort for 2 nights on arriving at Koh Chang from Bangkok. The location is so so idyllic and relaxing, absolutely beautiful. We also stayed on the west side of the island for a couple of nights and while it is quieter on the east side of the island (ie, there is no point in leaving the resort in the evening as there is nothing really to do on the east side after dark) this is exactly what we were after. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely view. As other reviews have said, if you are staying here you will likely want your own transport so you can explore. We rented a moped from the resort at a very reasonable price. If you want to rent a car make sure you have an intl driving permit (takes a few mins to obtain but must do whilst in the UK). There’s barely any traffic on this side of the island so the drive down to long beach at the south of the island felt very safe on a moped despite the hills (and would be the same in a car). The resort staff recommended us to do this and then get kayaks over to Koh ngam, which we did and was a great experience! The other option is to rent a taxi for a day (we were quoted c2500 baht for 6 hours) and they can drop you wherever you like and wait for you. Thanks again for a lovely stay at serenity resort!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Aiyapura Koh Chang. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. The king room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort itself is beautifully located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the special arrangements at the restaurant made our evening even more memorable. The view, atmosphere, and overall service were excellent. The facilities are well maintained, and the quiet beachfront setting makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Chang. 🌴✨

En primer lugar, me gustaría elogiar el servicio del hotel y el excelente trabajo del equipo: crean un ambiente maravilloso y unas vacaciones relajantes. El hotel ha ganado merecidamente el premio trip.com al mejor hotel familiar de Koh Chang. Casi todos los huéspedes vienen con niños, así que tengan esto en cuenta. Las instalaciones están siempre bien cuidadas. Los desayunos son buenos, pero me gustaría tener más fruta. El internet en la habitación no era muy bueno; a veces tuve que cambiar a una tarjeta SIM. El hotel tiene acceso privado a la playa por escaleras y, en general, todo está bien, pero me gustaría tener menos rocas cerca de la playa. Los toboganes no son los más altos de la isla, pero en general están bien; no tengo ninguna queja. Incluso al principio de la temporada, había suficientes tumbonas para todos. Hay un pequeño bar en la zona de toboganes y un gran restaurante en la playa. Recomiendo este hotel para unas vacaciones en Koh Chang, especialmente si viajan con niños.

micro 4 nights holiday away from my Thai888 Law Office in Pattaya I cannot complain about anything the room was the biggest most modern on all of my vacations on the beach. The colours and thoughtful design was a real treat and calming and soothing. Set amongs a very well kept designed garden was a treat to walk through each day Breakfast was full on and changed each day. Coffee machines despensed excellent latte or shots or tea Its a great beach and from end to end i did it in 45 mins unless i was destracted There are other bars around if you need to change Very quiet and blockout curtains in the room A big aircon and it was efficent There is a very nice bathroom and all things there including robes/toiletries/ and a huge bath THank you and we shall return

Un hotel estupendo. A los niños les encantaron las tres piscinas y el parque acuático. Habitaciones excelentes y muy espaciosas. Comida excelente y un servicio magnífico. El personal ayudó a los niños durante las comidas. El hotel puede encargarse de todo, pero hay servicios locales a solo unos minutos a pie, como la lavandería y el fantástico restaurante italiano Marco's. El hotel está dividido en dos zonas, una frente a la otra: el parque acuático es donde nos alojamos la mayoría de las familias como nosotros, y la playa también es genial. No sabía que la playa fuera tan bonita; sin duda, merece la pena visitarla. La playa aquí era mucho mejor que la de la costa: arena suave y amarilla, que se iba haciendo cada vez más profunda, ideal para niños. Muy recomendable.

Бронировал два этажа в двух разных виллах, со мной заблаговременно связались, и предупредили что по одной будет замена, так как предыдущие гости захотели продлиться. Поменяли мне номер на большие апартаменты с видом на море, которые не могут не понравиться. На ko Chang был впервые, поэтому оцениваю произошедшее на 5++. Персональный, здоровенный КХРАПП дяде Сереже, и его сыну Владиславу, на месте отличный отзывчивый сервис. Второй номер тоже оправдал все ожидания и по расположению и по сервису. Поначалу скептически отнеслись к завтракам по 500 бат за человека, но по итогу поняли, что они определенно точно стоят того. Хороший шведский стол, натуральный кофе, выпечка. Неподалеку так же работает небольшое кафе, пробовали -еда хорошая, но со слов администратора о том что часто зарезервированы все столы (при их очевидной неполной посадке, сложилось впечатление, что либо в приоретете обслуживания соседние с кафе виллы, либо не очень хотят работать) Территория гигантская, судя по всему, включает несколько разных резортов, без мопеда будет тяжеловато преодолевать эти чудесно облагороженные территории. С чем нам опять же помогли работники сервиса, и после чекина нам подогнали технику прям к номерам. Пляжи и бичбары (в частности Shambala) с бассейнами вызвали полный восторг, объездив остров, могу сказать, что один из лучших пляжей оказался как раз под моим номером. Скидываю виды с пляжа напротив апартаментов 1128, фото жилья нет, только видео, поэтому попробую нарезать и закинуть сюда позже.

Отдыхали в начале сентября. Приехали на 3 дня что бы отметить день рождения. Нам все очень понравилось. Все как мы и хотели: комфортно, красиво, уединенно. Наше бунгало выходило на море, у нас были свои шезлонги. Большой общий бассейн при отеле, с удовольствием там плавали. В море мы не плаваем, но гуляли по берегу утром и вечером. Завтраки отличные. Рядом находятся виллы разного размера, которые можно арендовать. Отель находится недалеко от пирса, что тоже плюс, не нужно ездить по серпантину

Although some areas of the resort are currently under renovation, the remaining facilities still function well and are able to support guests’ needs. The staff communicate well and are helpful for foreign visitors. In particular, Mr. Peter is very kind and shows a high level of responsibility in his service. Overall, the dinner was fair.

El hotel no incluía el desayuno, el hotel se veía muy elegante, la habitación estaba bien, la ubicación era buena, había mucha comida alrededor, pero la habitación del hotel tenía moho y olor, y había un olor a moho grave cuando entramos la habitación. Es lo mismo para ambas habitaciones, y luego solicitar otra habitación es lo mismo. El pedido no se puede cancelar, por lo que solo se puede enviar por una noche.
