The location of the hotel is amazing - right on the airport. Very easy to find and easy to check in. I loved the simple design. If you are traveling early in the morning, fear not because because you can have early breakfast starting at 4:30. Amazing place with 24/7 gym! Highly recommend if you need to sleep at the airport!

Recientemente disfruté de una estancia de 3 noches en el Hotel No.13 en Bergen. Si bien mi habitación carecía de ventanas, era cómoda y se limpiaba a diario, lo que la convertía en un lugar agradable al que regresar después de un día de viaje. La ausencia de una ventana no me molestó mucho, ya que pasé la mayor parte del tiempo explorando la ciudad. El personal de check-in y check-out fue notablemente amable y servicial, lo que contribuyó a la experiencia positiva general. El desayuno diario incluido en mi tarifa era básico. Lo que realmente destaca es la conveniente ubicación del hotel, cerca de la estación Byparken y a poca distancia a pie de Bryggen, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, una de las atracciones turísticas más populares de Noruega. Es un muelle histórico con coloridas casas de madera que datan del siglo XIV.

The most impressive thing is the breakfast they provided. Various kinds of food, you can have some hot plates and pancakes with drinks there. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is great too and next to the beautiful Bryggen. Bergen city centre is walkable, you can just walk from the hotel to anywhere like fish market, bergen station and the famous mountains nearby. The least convenience is the bathtub. It's quite high, so for those who is not that tall need to be careful while entering. And the glass cover at bathtub only covers half, water easily spills on the floor. Overall it's a really nice hotel and worthwhile to stay.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no es un hotel muy agradable. (No te preocupes no había desperdicio de comida!! Todo fue directamente a nuestro intestino 🤣) también hemos recibido una actualización de habitaciones gratis con una vista sorprendente. en la noche jugamos a algunos juegos de mesa para pasar tiempo mientras fuera era demasiado frío

Hotel is good overall. Location is in the city centre. Just the room doesn't have amenities such as kettle and all.

Excellent service - let me check in early and check out late. The breakfast buffet was simple and well stocked with both hot and cold options. The room itself was lovely and the hotel is located close to the town and not too far from the port.

廁所裏的杯子上還有口紅印。屋裡的暖氣壞了，冰涼，空凋也衹能吹涼風，外面零下十度屋裡賊冷，也沒法馬上修，後來前台拎了一個熱風機來，暖和了但是巨吵，就這麼忍了一宿。這麼貴的住宿又在這麼冷的地方，太不應該了。

Era un poco lejos de la estación, pero era bueno justo frente al mercado del pescado La habitación era cómoda y espaciosa y era agradable tener pantalones de pantalla Me sentía un poco triste por no haber refrigerador. When we enter the hotel someone received us who is a man and he is impolate and he dont understand and know how to talk with client if you are another country he doesn’t want talk with you because of this employee i never came back this hotel again, i want to tell to this hotel manager just need to fix this man when it comes to other employee i mean ladies employee is very polite👍
