Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street. Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

El desayuno fue excelente, con una gran variedad que incluía zumos recién exprimidos, especialidades locales y aceite de pescado. A los mayores les encantó. La habitación también era exquisita y estaba impecable. La ubicación es muy conveniente, justo al lado de una zona comercial y a pocos pasos del mercado de pescado y de Bryggen. El transporte también es excelente; está a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y hay autobuses al aeropuerto y numerosas paradas de autobús cerca. Si bien el servicio del personal parecía algo deficiente, la ubicación, el ambiente y las instalaciones son sin duda recomendables. Es una lástima que la piscina y el spa del hotel sean gestionados por terceros y requieran reserva y pago aparte; no están incluidos en el precio del paquete y no hay descuentos especiales.

El hotel se encuentra a unos 13 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, gozando de una excelente ubicación. Está justo enfrente del mercado de pescado, lo que resulta muy práctico para quienes deseen degustar la gastronomía local. El sitio Patrimonio de la Humanidad de Brugan está a tan solo 10 minutos a pie. El precio es algo elevado, pero este hotel de la cadena Scandic es muy recomendable.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, a solo cinco o seis minutos a pie de la estación de tren. También es fácil ir andando al parque central y a varios centros comerciales, aunque quizás no tan conveniente como estar en un centro comercial. Sin embargo, su ubicación es perfecta para ir de compras y cenar durante el día y volver a casa por la noche, así que lo recomiendo encarecidamente. El desayuno buffet del hotel es muy completo, con platos fríos y calientes, además de fruta. El personal del hotel también es excepcionalmente amable. Llegamos al hotel sobre las 8 de la mañana, dejamos nuestro equipaje y nos fuimos de compras. Hablamos con el personal y, aunque la hora de entrada era originalmente a las 4 de la tarde, nos permitieron entrar antes de las 2 de la tarde. ¡Muy amables!

Excellent service - let me check in early and check out late. The breakfast buffet was simple and well stocked with both hot and cold options. The room itself was lovely and the hotel is located close to the town and not too far from the port.

The hotel offers a really beautiful harbour view, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Waking up to the scenery was truly enjoyable and added a special touch to the overall experience. However, our stay was unfortunately disrupted by a sudden electricity outage in the room. As a result, we had to move to another room with no view, which felt like a downgrade from what we originally booked. The process of unpacking and packing again, especially during a short trip, was quite inconvenient and unpleasant. While we appreciate the staff’s effort to assist with the room change, the situation did affect our overall comfort and experience. It would be great if better contingency arrangements could be made in the future to minimise disruption for guests.

Unbeatable location just beside the train station and walkable to the shopping centre and old town. Room is big and spacious with a quirky ceiling which I was told was deliberate as the building was originally a carpark . Breakfast spread was good. The unpleasant experience we had was on the first night where there was a group who partied late into the night. A drunkard came banging on my room door. Room phone was not working when we tried to call and was told by staff the next morning that we need to scan the QR code which is totally impractical in the event of an emergency.

Los tipos de habitación son un poco confusos. La que reservamos solo tenía dos opciones: recién reformada con un olor fuerte pero sin ventanas que se pudieran abrir, o sin olor pero solo con bañera sin ducha. La ubicación es bastante práctica, pero los vehículos de construcción suelen aparcar abajo durante horas con los motores en marcha, lo que resulta un poco ruidoso.

Cute little hotel in close proximity to the fisherman’s market and about 8 minute walk to Bryggen. Was easy to get to with the airport bus (about 3 minutes from the stop) I was a bit worried about the lack of air conditioning as the weather was quite hot while staying, but it wasn’t a problem. I kept the dial continuously at -5, not sure if that really did anything. Friendly and helpful people working behind the desk at check in and out. Breakfast was a wide assortment of local and western foods. Liked the assortment. There didn’t really seem to be a worker whose job it was to clear tables as that process was slow. But there was space upstairs to eat. Room was very clean with big windows, but can’t see out them as they are stained. Bed was a bit soft for my liking, like really soft and the shower leaked out onto the floor, but I think it’s reasonable considering the other positives and the price point of the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in Bergen.

La ubicación es inmejorable, ya que está cerca de tiendas, la lonja, el parque y el transporte público, lo que facilita el acceso al aeropuerto. La habitación es oscura pero tiene ventana, está muy limpia y ha sido renovada recientemente. El desayuno es excelente, con mucha variedad y muy rico. Sin duda, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.
