Heerlijk verblijf! Locatie is goed als je naar blijdorp gaat, wellicht voor de rest iets verder. Kamer prachtig versierd voor de verjaardag van mijn moeder. Alles schoon, top voor elkaar!

My stay at Novotel Rotterdam was generally good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for families. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, which is practical when travelling with children. However, there was some dust in the room, and it seemed that the air-conditioning system needed cleaning. Since the windows cannot be opened and no fresh air enters from outside, the air quality in the room was not as good as expected. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Their service was one of the main positive aspects of the stay. The hotel is located relatively far from the city centre. The nearest metro or tram station is about a 10-minute walk away, and it may take slightly longer when travelling with children. My view photos

I arrived much earlier than the check in time  and waited at the coffee shop. They informed me once the room is ready so it wasn’t a long wait. Appreciate the flexibility. The staff were friendly and helpful. You could contact them via WhatsApp and staff were responsive.  The room was clean and tidy. I loved the colour tone.  They offered some green apples and they tasted nice too.  The only improvement would be adding a desk lamp for the work table. It was not bright enough.  The hotel is 15-20 mins away by walking from the central station. There was a tram stop nearby and it only took you around 5 mins to get there.

Está cerca del centro de la ciudad, cerca de varias atracciones turísticas y muchos lugares para comer cerca. Pero una cosa que es fácil de confundir es que cuando miras la imagen, puedes pensar que está en un piso alto, pero no es así. El aparcamiento cercano es bastante caro, 40 euros por noche.

Un lugar encantador, una habitación preciosa, muy amplia y bien cuidada (ducha y WC separados; baño muy práctico con suficiente espacio para guardar tus cosas y perchas para colgarlas, una agradable y amplia zona de estar con un sofá de 2,5 personas, mesa con 3 sillas, mucha iluminación ambiental, suficientes enchufes, puntos de carga y percheros, ventanas grandes, buenas cortinas opacas, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo... No se me ocurre nada que falte), poco ruido en los pasillos... en realidad, todo perfecto. Incluso nos concedieron inmediatamente un jarrón para la habitación para poner nuestros tulipanes de Keukenhof. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno delicioso (¡ese pan de plátano es fantástico!) y está cerca del centro de la ciudad (a poca distancia a pie) en un barrio seguro. Hay aparcamiento muy asequible cerca, a poca distancia, pero hay que buscarlo con antelación. Disfrutamos mucho del alojamiento en general y del ambiente relajado (y un pequeño detalle más: ¡el jabón huele de maravilla! 🤓). La renovación de lo que antes era una imprenta ha quedado preciosa. ¡Un interior ecléctico y con mucho encanto! ¡Enhorabuena! Lo recomiendo totalmente porque, por ese precio, ¡es sencillamente excepcional! ¡Nos encantaría volver!

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

Hotel service is good, breakfast is good as well. location is convenient, close to Rotterdam Blaak station.

En respecto a la ubicación del hotel, si vas a hacer un viaje a Rotterdam y quieres recorrer la ciudad en poco tiempo y visitar los puntos mas interesantes este hotel tiene la mejor ubicación. Sobre la estancia, las habitaciones no disponen de aire acondicionado y el servicio de limpieza podría mejorar… Aun así lo recomiendo!

Quite a nice hotel that is very close to the flixbus bus stop. Water pressure and heater are great. The air condition gets quite cold but you can always ask the reception to adjust it. It's an old building so every sound made within the building is amplified. Apart from that it was a very good stay.
