FFeizoubukeLas instalaciones de la habitación eran estándar, pero limpias.
El personal de recepción fue poco amable el primer día, pero bastante amable el segundo. El zoológico está justo al lado, lo que facilita su visita.

DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat.
Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

UUsuario invitadoRoom: our room was quite spacious (enough to open 2 large suitcases), appreciated shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was included in the bathroom, the shower and water temperature were nice. One point on the cleanliness: was a bit dusty underneath the bathroom faucet/towel rack floor area.
Location: relatively convenient, less than 10min walk from the central train station, still manageable for us while carrying 2 heavy large suitcases. But if we had more to bring, we might need a taxi.
Overall, we had a good stay. On arrival, we noticed one of the hotel lifts is currently undergoing renovation (as of 26th Apr), which made the waiting time longer.
And right in front of the hotel main entrance, there's also construction undergoing. Our room was assigned on the other side so we didn't hear any noise. Another side note is that the deposit is 50 euros by card payment, the indication of 100 euro on booking confirmation is applicable to cash payment.

UUsuario anónimoThis hotel is in a very convenient location if you need to be at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the room is spacious and at first sight looks comfortable (it looks better in reality than on the photos I took). Unfortunately, the beds are extremely soft though. That is of course a matter of personal preference and some guests may like the soft mattresses, but I couldn't sleep on them. Fortunately, there was a sofa in the room that was large enough to sleep on and much more comfortable than the beds;-) I might stay here again because of the location, but in terms of beds this would probably not be my first choice.

BBee_❤️Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

나나튜나Estaba dudando entre Hilton y este lugar porque ofrecen desayuno que incluye menú a la carta, pero hice mi reserva. Como el desayuno es a las 7:30, no tenía mucho tiempo libre considerando el tiempo de viaje.
Comodidades, zapatillas, equipaje, todo está bien.
La mayor desventaja fue que tenía un olor fuerte. Había visto reseñas que decían que olía, pero no sabía que era este tipo de producto.
Estaba en el tercer piso y el pasillo estaba mal, pero la habitación estaba aún peor así que era difícil.

UUsuario invitadoService was excellent. Reception staff especially Weam were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Croissants excellent, scrambled eggs dry and tasteless. Location was fab, tram station outside hotel and Rotterdam Centraal 5-10 mins walk. Really wide selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value hotel.

UUsuario invitado交通便利，離Blaak火車站和地鐵站比較近，走路五六分鐘就能到，1路電車blaak站和另外一個站點也是步行五六分鐘。
感覺周圍環境很安靜，也安全。房間也不小，有燒水壺和小冰箱。
大床實際上是兩個小床拼起來的，睡中間會凹下去。
有自助機自己操作check in and out，員工在旁邊提供輔助，態度都很友善。
