BBee_❤️Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

They collected my contact details right away and promised to look for me and contact me as early as possible. They called as promised even though my handbag wasn't there. UUsuario anónimoThis hotel is in a very convenient location if you need to be at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the room is spacious and at first sight looks comfortable (it looks better in reality than on the photos I took). Unfortunately, the beds are extremely soft though. That is of course a matter of personal preference and some guests may like the soft mattresses, but I couldn't sleep on them. Fortunately, there was a sofa in the room that was large enough to sleep on and much more comfortable than the beds;-) I might stay here again because of the location, but in terms of beds this would probably not be my first choice.

나나튜나Estaba dudando entre Hilton y este lugar porque ofrecen desayuno que incluye menú a la carta, pero hice mi reserva. Como el desayuno es a las 7:30, no tenía mucho tiempo libre considerando el tiempo de viaje.
Comodidades, zapatillas, equipaje, todo está bien.
La mayor desventaja fue que tenía un olor fuerte. Había visto reseñas que decían que olía, pero no sabía que era este tipo de producto.
Estaba en el tercer piso y el pasillo estaba mal, pero la habitación estaba aún peor así que era difícil.

KKen5335Arrived at 7+am due to overnight train. Service staff initially refused my Euro note for city tax that I exchanged in SG. It had at most a 0.1-0.2mm tear. Asked for legal policies, but the staff incorrectly stated that the note is not allowed to be accepted in the Netherlands (it is a hotel specific policy which probably the accountant has attacked the staff not to accept such notes for fear of bank rejecting?)and had some altercations, finally service staff sarcastically accepted my Euro note saying she will take a risk with her manager Mr. Z. Beside that bad altercation, it is a no frills clean hotel. Beware of luggage storage fees I saw at the counter. Luggage storage might not be free as per usual all other hotels.. You are better off paying for early check in or late check out if applicable. Breakfast was good as well. Location is okay as well.

感覺周圍環境很安靜，也安全。房間也不小，有燒水壺和小冰箱。
大床實際上是兩個小床拼起來的，睡中間會凹下去。
有自助機自己操作check in and out，員工在旁邊提供輔助，態度都很友善。
