TTotal travellerBeautifully design hotel, but our room was facing a busy street when we asked for a water view and the noise still came through time to time. The location is helpful and walkable distance to the metro but it’s confusing to find without directions. The spa pool was closed during our stay unfortunately bringing the amenities down since that was a main attraction. Appreciate the helpful staff.

BBee_❤️Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

UUsuario invitadothe staff was very friendly and very helpful. I called the hotel contact number for help after realizing I lost my small handbag somewhere. They collected my contact details right away and promised to look for me and contact me as early as possible. They called as promised even though my handbag wasn't there. Their dedication and kindness and professional service are so much appreciated!

UUsuario invitadoGreat location if you need to be near the University Campus , 5km away from downtown . Extremely welcoming and helpful staff . Large, quiet rooms with large interactive TV and modern bathrooms with walk in showers. Large comfortable beds to help a great nights sleep . Good quality buffet breakfast and affordable dinner menu. Small self service retail area a great bonus selling drinks and snacks etc. Small gym with limited exercise equipement but all in working order . Enjoyable stay

나나튜나Estaba dudando entre Hilton y este lugar porque ofrecen desayuno que incluye menú a la carta, pero hice mi reserva. Como el desayuno es a las 7:30, no tenía mucho tiempo libre considerando el tiempo de viaje.
Comodidades, zapatillas, equipaje, todo está bien.
La mayor desventaja fue que tenía un olor fuerte. Había visto reseñas que decían que olía, pero no sabía que era este tipo de producto.
Estaba en el tercer piso y el pasillo estaba mal, pero la habitación estaba aún peor así que era difícil.

UUsuario invitadoStaff are nice, patient, and cool for they have to bar tenders at the reception as well. We receive a free drink voucher when we agreed to skip the hotel housekeeping for the next day.
The hotel gives us a receipt for city tax payment. They say they have to ask customers to sign and agree any payment they receive from the customers. This is impressive and for this I’ll consider their hotels more in the future.

LLilyminimiThis hotel is located in the city centre, right to some iconic buildings, with the food hall just walking distance. There is also a big supermarket on the opposite side of the street. Very convenient. Staff are also very nice, and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel have rooms with riverside views, would be nice to have a room with a view. The room size is good, but there is no kettle or cups for drinks. However, as mentioned, you are not too far from all actions and food options.

UUsuario invitadoQuite an old building- both the exterior and common area. But a big surprise when entering the room - spacious, high ceilings, huge windows with views, sparkling clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to Market Hall. All other major attractions are within also within walking distance. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.
