BBee_❤️Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

UUsuario invitadothe staff was very friendly and very helpful. I called the hotel contact number for help after realizing I lost my small handbag somewhere. They collected my contact details right away and promised to look for me and contact me as early as possible. They called as promised even though my handbag wasn't there. Their dedication and kindness and professional service are so much appreciated!

RRay72Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!

Está a poca distancia a pie de muchos lugares, incluyendo numerosos restaurantes, cafeterías y zonas comerciales; en resumen, está a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad. Como punto negativo, aunque nuestro check-in era a las 15:00, no nos llevaron a la habitación hasta las 17:30. El personal de limpieza no pudo terminar de limpiar porque era Año Nuevo; nos ofrecieron café como disculpa por la espera. Cuando dijimos que saldríamos una hora más tarde, al principio se negaron, pero finalmente aceptaron debido a la larga espera. Las habitaciones tienen ventanas, pero no se abren. Las puertas de la ducha y el inodoro son de cristal esmerilado y se puede ver el interior. Las puertas no cierran con llave y las habitaciones son muy estrechas. La cama es muy amplia y cómoda. Nuestras sábanas estaban sucias, pero las de los niños estaban muy limpias.

KKen5335Arrived at 7+am due to overnight train. Service staff initially refused my Euro note for city tax that I exchanged in SG. It had at most a 0.1-0.2mm tear. Asked for legal policies, but the staff incorrectly stated that the note is not allowed to be accepted in the Netherlands (it is a hotel specific policy which probably the accountant has attacked the staff not to accept such notes for fear of bank rejecting?)and had some altercations, finally service staff sarcastically accepted my Euro note saying she will take a risk with her manager Mr. Z. Beside that bad altercation, it is a no frills clean hotel. Beware of luggage storage fees I saw at the counter. Luggage storage might not be free as per usual all other hotels.. You are better off paying for early check in or late check out if applicable. Breakfast was good as well. Location is okay as well.

LLilyminimiThis hotel is located in the city centre, right to some iconic buildings, with the food hall just walking distance. There is also a big supermarket on the opposite side of the street. Very convenient. Staff are also very nice, and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel have rooms with riverside views, would be nice to have a room with a view. The room size is good, but there is no kettle or cups for drinks. However, as mentioned, you are not too far from all actions and food options.

UUsuario invitado交通便利，離Blaak火車站和地鐵站比較近，走路五六分鐘就能到，1路電車blaak站和另外一個站點也是步行五六分鐘。
感覺周圍環境很安靜，也安全。房間也不小，有燒水壺和小冰箱。
大床實際上是兩個小床拼起來的，睡中間會凹下去。
有自助機自己操作check in and out，員工在旁邊提供輔助，態度都很友善。

UUsuario invitadoQuite an old building- both the exterior and common area. But a big surprise when entering the room - spacious, high ceilings, huge windows with views, sparkling clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to Market Hall. All other major attractions are within also within walking distance. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.
