Debido a la relación del viento y la nieve, el hotel sólo entra a las nueve de la noche. La hora final de la cena original es las siete de la noche. El servidor del hotel es muy intimidad para ayudar a reservar la cena. Reconoce 👍🏻 La reserva original de esta habitación es posible ver el aire privado de Fuji Mountains, pero el tiempo es demasiado malo, Pero la cena y el desayuno excelentes han cubierto esta insuficiencia. The staff was very professional and kind. We reserved the private onsen for an additional cost. We booked the biggest onsen. The washing area and the changing room was impeccably clean. The end of the tub however was a bit scary. The walls and ceiling was covered in spider webs and there were giant spiders hanging on there which was a bit unnerving. Otherwise the public washing areas and the room were very clean. The ryokan however is a bit outdated. There are some markings on the wall and curtains.

Overall, a great place with a luxurious vibe. Dinner was great facing a green forest but we were placed in a table at the corner. There was an aircon light that was so bright it lit up the dark room in a blue glow, making it difficult to sleep. It’s a bit disappointing that the coffee section closes at 7pm so we didn’t have time to enjoy at all. No public onsen so relied on the one in our room.

スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったです。 お部屋も広くて綺麗で良かったですが朝食に和食だけじゃなく洋食と選べられたら良いなと思いました。 楽しい時間でした。ありがとうございます。

This was a great place to stay. It’s on the edge of town but as it’s not a big town you can still reach everywhere by foot. We drove in but a bus is also available and the stop is close. Stunning views from our room have been here in both clear and raining weather with zero issues. Lovely staff that did their best to help whenever possible.

Very nice hotel with beautiful sea views from the rooms. If you get a chance, get the room with the private onsen on the balcony which is amazing. The public onsen also has an outdoor area with a great view of the sea. The staff were super friendly, helpful and I can only recommend this hotel. About 20 - 25 mins walk to the left of the hotel, you'll also have great views of Mt. Fuji if the weather is good.

愛犬と共に楽しい時間を過ごせました。静かで景色もよく、また各部屋に露天風呂もあるのでいつでも入る事ができました。スタッフのほとんどが外国人ですが日本語も上手で問題ありませんでした。
