I stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate.

Останавливались на одну ночь, было чисто, правда в комнате было холодно и присутствовал небольшой запах. Включили кондиционер, и все нормализовалось. Вечером можно выпить бесплатные напитки. Отель нам вообщем понравился, порекомендую. Комната большая , относительно других 21 кв.м.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado en Japón. La cena de bufete fue maravillosa.. escalop y neve ilimitada proporcionado por el hotel. Onsen es el topo especialmente la piscina exterior que mira el mar. Debe permanecer si alguien planea ir a Hakodate.

Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel offers great variety. There is also the option to make your own cotton candy during dinner.

4명이서 조식없이 최대5인방에 묵었습니다. 장점으로는 체크인시 약간의 절차가 있으나 직원분께서 친절하 도와주셨습니다. 카운터 옆에는 샤워타올이나 치약 등 무료제공되는 어메니티도 있고 아이들을 위한 목욕캡등 여러가지 어메니티도 있어 인상깊었습니다. 방 내부는 깔끔하고 공기청정기 및 난방도 잘 작동했습니다. 매일마다 새로운 큰 수건을 제공해주셔셔 씻는데 걱정이 없었습니다. 온천시설은 오전오후를 구분해 남여탕 번갈아 운영하는 것 같았습니다. 둘 다 실내온천1개 실외온천1개씩 똑같았습니다. 샤워기, 온천 물도 온도가 적당했고 실외온천쪽 경관은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 목욕 후에도 여유롭게 드라이기가 배치되어 있어 머리 말리는데 문제가 없었고 정수기도 있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 역시 단점도 존재합니다. 겨울이여서 그런지 길가에 눈이 쌓여있어 공항버스에서 내려 10분동안 캐리어 끌고 호텔까지 가는데 조금 힘들었습니다. 객실 내부에는 전자레인지가 없어 1층에 있는 전자레인지를 써야했습니다. 심지어 1대밖에 없고 잘 보이지 않는 곳에 있어 불편했습니다.

Al registrarme en la recepción del hotel, conocí a un chico que hablaba chino, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera más fluida. Sacó el folleto del hotel y el autobús turístico gratuito del hotel y, con paciencia y detalle, presentó las distintas instalaciones del hotel, los lugares de interés y las rutas y métodos de viaje del autobús turístico gratuito. El hotel es muy nuevo. Cerca del vestíbulo hay consigna de equipaje de autoservicio. La habitación está muy limpia (tenga cuidado de cambiarse los zapatos en la entrada antes de pisar la alfombra del interior). La pared de la base del segundo piso está pintada de forma bonita y presenta comidas y atracciones cercanas. El jabón de manos de la habitación huele un poco a ciprés de LELABO, y las manos huelen bien después de lavarlas. Servicio: Vale la pena mencionar que la recepción del hotel ayudó a llamar y hacer reservas en restaurantes, ¡lo cual fue realmente genial!

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

This is the best hotel in Hakodate! The prices is quite cheap but everything is so good! Staffs are very nice kind and really friendly! The room is very big and clean too! I will staying this hotel if I go back to Hakodate again!
