Clean Apartment hotel. Interestingly they have an automated bath tub with water system. Good view and of coz a balcony for slow mornings and coffee. Location is great, only a few hundred meters to the train station. Convenience store just a few minutes walk. Near the fresh market. Staff were friendly and gave us toiletries and left it outside the room even when we did not ask for room cleaning. Spacious and great stay for Ironman participants as the unit is big, you can build your bike comfortably. Overall it was a great stay!

El hotel está situado a 3 minutos a pie de la estación JR, el mercado de la mañana de Hakodate. En torno a los escenarios sólo a pie o a tren en la ciudad. El personal es amigable.

This was our first time staying in a ryokan and it was beyond our expectations by a large margin. The service was incredible, and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff was greatly appreciated. The breakfast in the room was a treat in and of itself! The location is about 45 or so mins by tram from the city centre or 12 mins by taxi. It is in the onsen part of the city with two foot bath onsens within 5 mins walking distance. The tropical nature park with the 'hot tub monkeys' are a 7 min walk away and the views are wonderful. This was really a pleasure for us both to stay here and a real highlight for our whole trip to Hokkaido. Highly reccomend!

The hotel is just next to the station. We arrived by train on a windy and rainy day and were thankful that it’s just a short walk to the hotel. The room is spacious and the onsen is nice. The carpet is stained but we understand it’s common for hotel after some years. The hotel staff were helpful when we enquire about directions and asked to borrow umbrellas too. Though it rained on both days that we were in Hakodate, we still enjoyed ourselves using the city tram, which station is about 3mins walk across the Jr station. The market is also just less about 3mins walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the hotel and will stay here again if ever return and will recommend to friends.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect for big families to stay in, and for those driving a car. Premise is surprisingly equipped with many modern tech features. Bed is clean and comfortable enough for good night rest. Self check-in could be a huge hassle for those who are not tech savvy, as no staff is present on-site and the process is mainly done through digital communication means.

Situado en medio de las paisajes de Hakodate, nuestro hotel ofrece una tranquila retirada con habitaciones de lujo y una hospitalidad cálida. Desde habitaciones confortables con vistas pintorescas a cocina local delicada servida en nuestros restaurantes, los huéspedes se encantan en una experiencia realmente inmersiva. Mejor para las primaveras calientes y el Hotel.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y las habitaciones son de dos estilos de estilo más cálidos. Esta vez se vive en una habitación de estilo más cálido, espero que la próxima vez tenga la oportunidad de vivir en estilo más cálido. La vista del mar que mira fuera de la ventana está bien, después de todo, hay una pequeña distancia del mar. La única insatisfacción es que el aire acondicionado en la habitación no puede ajustarse. Si no se abre la ventana en el interior, es muy caliente 🥵. Tengo que deshacerme de mi ropa y dormir. El frío exterior también debe dar a los huéspedes el derecho a ajustar la temperatura interior.
