Clean Apartment hotel. Interestingly they have an automated bath tub with water system. Good view and of coz a balcony for slow mornings and coffee. Location is great, only a few hundred meters to the train station. Convenience store just a few minutes walk. Near the fresh market. Staff were friendly and gave us toiletries and left it outside the room even when we did not ask for room cleaning. Spacious and great stay for Ironman participants as the unit is big, you can build your bike comfortably. Overall it was a great stay!

This was an unforgettable experience! I stayed here for 2 nights and felt like I received an authentic Japanese ryokan experience, the breakfast was exceptional, the onsen was delightful & the staff were polite and helpful

Hotel is really next to Hakodate station only a few walk. I stayed 2 nights and they clean room every 3 nights so I just got only towel exchange. Amenities can be picked up freely at 1st floor. The breakfast is good and the onsen is good too. Room is 16sqm and not narrow, wide enough for 1 pax with 30 inch lagguage.

La habitación es pequeña con un pasillo y una zona de baño separada. La habitación no es eficiente y utiliza muchos espacios que no permite a los huéspedes abrir el equipaje. La caja era buena. Su agua hace la piel suave y suave. Debido a su capacidad del hotel hay muchos huéspedes y la caja es bastante llena. El desayuno fue excelente, pero se cerró a las 9:00. Se le pide el desayuno a las 7:00 o a las 8:00. Es demasiado pronto para mí. En general, agradable estancia pero podría haber sido mejor.

4명이서 조식없이 최대5인방에 묵었습니다. 장점으로는 체크인시 약간의 절차가 있으나 직원분께서 친절하 도와주셨습니다. 카운터 옆에는 샤워타올이나 치약 등 무료제공되는 어메니티도 있고 아이들을 위한 목욕캡등 여러가지 어메니티도 있어 인상깊었습니다. 방 내부는 깔끔하고 공기청정기 및 난방도 잘 작동했습니다. 매일마다 새로운 큰 수건을 제공해주셔셔 씻는데 걱정이 없었습니다. 온천시설은 오전오후를 구분해 남여탕 번갈아 운영하는 것 같았습니다. 둘 다 실내온천1개 실외온천1개씩 똑같았습니다. 샤워기, 온천 물도 온도가 적당했고 실외온천쪽 경관은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 목욕 후에도 여유롭게 드라이기가 배치되어 있어 머리 말리는데 문제가 없었고 정수기도 있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 역시 단점도 존재합니다. 겨울이여서 그런지 길가에 눈이 쌓여있어 공항버스에서 내려 10분동안 캐리어 끌고 호텔까지 가는데 조금 힘들었습니다. 객실 내부에는 전자레인지가 없어 1층에 있는 전자레인지를 써야했습니다. 심지어 1대밖에 없고 잘 보이지 않는 곳에 있어 불편했습니다.

Es un hotel muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son de colores brillantes. Lo más destacado del hotel es que el baño público cuenta con aguas termales naturales, tanto interiores como exteriores, lo que puede brindar a los huéspedes una experiencia diferente. La zona de descanso fuera del baño es amplia y cómoda, pudiendo incluso comprar cosas por cuenta propia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al mercado de mariscos y volvimos después de las once, por lo que no recibimos la llamada recordatoria de recepción y llegamos más de media hora tarde para el check-out. La chica taiwanesa de recepción habló por teléfono con el supervisor y finalmente no nos cobró dinero extra, lo cual fue toda una suerte.

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

The hotel is superb!! Love the spacious and cleanliness! We checked in early to enjoy the room and onsen. The breakfast was delicious and many varieties provided. Enjoy my meal and stay with great ocean view. Love the Japanese style bed room.

Stayed 3 nights and visited the onsen all nights. Room was spacious and I enjoyed the contour pillow. The floor of the onsen seemed to have more and more mineral deposits with each night. They only provide full housekeeping if you stay 4 nights or more. Location is walkable from Hakodate train station but not that near as well. There are convenient stores nearby. They do not provide facial products like what many hotels in Japan do.
