UUsuario invitadoAuthentic Japanese style hotel that own a hot spring underneath the property. The hotel provides public bath, but private baths are also available for reservation. Breakfast comes in a a personal set and is delicious. The room facing the beach front view hearing sound of the ocean is serene and peaceful. Staff are all friendly and professional.

안안숏탕면4명이서 조식없이 최대5인방에 묵었습니다.
장점으로는 체크인시 약간의 절차가 있으나 직원분께서 친절하 도와주셨습니다.
카운터 옆에는 샤워타올이나 치약 등 무료제공되는 어메니티도 있고 아이들을 위한 목욕캡등 여러가지 어메니티도 있어 인상깊었습니다.
방 내부는 깔끔하고 공기청정기 및 난방도 잘 작동했습니다.
매일마다 새로운 큰 수건을 제공해주셔셔 씻는데 걱정이 없었습니다.
온천시설은 오전오후를 구분해 남여탕 번갈아 운영하는 것 같았습니다. 둘 다 실내온천1개 실외온천1개씩 똑같았습니다.
샤워기, 온천 물도 온도가 적당했고 실외온천쪽 경관은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 목욕 후에도 여유롭게 드라이기가 배치되어 있어 머리 말리는데 문제가 없었고 정수기도 있어 좋았습니다.
하지만 역시 단점도 존재합니다.
겨울이여서 그런지 길가에 눈이 쌓여있어 공항버스에서 내려 10분동안 캐리어 끌고 호텔까지 가는데 조금 힘들었습니다.
객실 내부에는 전자레인지가 없어 1층에 있는 전자레인지를 써야했습니다. 심지어 1대밖에 없고 잘 보이지 않는 곳에 있어 불편했습니다.

XXINNKONGThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out.
The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day.
Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoThe lovely old gentleman serving as at night was one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever met.
We originally planned to arrive at the property in the afternoon. However, our flight was cancelled and we had to seek alternative, delaying our arrival time until 23:00. When we arrive, we thought we will be self-checking in. But as we step inside the property from a heavy snow, we saw this kind gentleman waiting for us right at the door. He greeted us, helped us check in, and explained everything clearly. He offered us free flow free drinks and free ice cream (which was also very tasty) When we wanted to have some late night snacks bought from a convenient store, he also helped us reheat the food. 誠にありがとうございます！
Everything else was great as well! The room was comfortable, the breakfast was yummy, and it’s so nice to have a hot spring after out in the cold for the entire day.

IILIKiKA huge hotel without any personal attention. No hello when you enter the shop of the hotel, this is the first time for my experience in Japan. Cleaning service is not optimal, still some plastics left behind on the desk between the guide. No tea bags in the room when we want to have a cup of tea, go to reception to get the tea bags and the first thing the staff asks is which room number, after that then I get the tea bags, no any apologies for no tea bags available in the room.
The hot spring is huge but also a lot of people, very crowded, no space and no time to enjoy the hotspots spring. One very good thing, you can get an icecream after the hot spring.

エエゾシカ伝道師お宿のスタッフの方々の対応か温かく、かつ節度があり、とても心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。
禁煙可能なお部屋が多い中、喫煙者である同伴者は大変喜んでおりました。
加えて、部屋に残るニオイの対応もしっかりとされており、心地よく過ごす事が出来ると思います。
肝心の温泉ですが、源泉のパワーを頂く事が出来る
大満足の温泉です！
又、入りたいと思っております♪
