The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

Plenty of space . Great location next to the Duomo Como and walking distance to key locations in Como. Recommend for couples seeking a unique room at a reasonable price

My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como

One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

Ванные комнаты очень чистые, косметические принадлежности вкусно пахнут, белоснежные полотенца, постельное белье, все очень приличное. Первое впечатление немного обманчиво, погружаешься в атмосферу прошлого века, но потом постепенно влюбляешься в него, он абсолютно удачно расположен и имеет просто шикарный вид на озеро. Этот небольшой бутик отель заслуживает особого внимания благодаря заботливому персоналу. Хорошие завтраки, и приятные комплименты в лаунж-баре, как приятный бонус к нашему пребыванию.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, nice view. I highly recommend it. Jona was really kind, excellent in communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.
