The hotel was okay for a business trip. I had to change the room but they did it nicely and accomodated my requests.

Wonderful staying.. Definitely will highly recommended for all who come to at Chennai.. always there have have someone who welcomes you with smiling face .. apart from you paid and stay .. definitely this is beyond that all .. warm welcome.. Helping staff … Always check your needs ( managers & staffs ) Nvr said NO to anything you asked.. 10/10 Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.. and will continue my journey to stay here .. One of the place I was spend my days with them .. highly recommended Love you guys.. keep it up 👍.. thank you so much for your services.. really appreciated.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

Nos alojamos aquí durante 2 noches y 3 días. El ambiente era muy agradable. Como esperábamos, estaba muy limpio y el servicio fue excelente. La comida que nos sirvieron estaba muy rica. Aquí es obligatorio usar traje de baño de nailon para nadar, así que no pudimos disfrutar de esa experiencia. Hay utensilios de cocina disponibles; si llevamos ingredientes, podemos cocinar y comer. También se aceptan pedidos a través de Swiggy y Zomato. En general, nos encantó este hotel.

Nice hotel and amenities (pool and gym). Good breakfast options but overcrowded and difficult to get seat. It's a bit of a walk from the Metro, but walkable to the Museums.

El sabor de la comida era un poco fuerte en el lobby del hotel. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas pero limpias. El baño con ducha era también pequeño. ¡Qué bueno estadía!

This hotel is very average and does not live up to the Holiday Inn name. The rooms are very small, the bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The bed was uncomfortable and the facilities were not up to the expected standard. I booked here because of the Holiday Inn brand, but the quality was very low compared to what the name suggests. Not recommended, especially for executive travelers.
