La habitación no es tan luxuosa, es una casa vieja, muy antigua. El jefe y la esposa tienen un amor especial y explicarán seriamente a los huéspedes las observaciones de la visita a York, incluida la ruta que se va al Museo Ferroviario, si no nos ayudan, tal vez nos abandonemos. Como el Museo de Ferrocarril de Gran Bretaña está construyendo, el camino a ir es muy malo. Si no fuera el entusiasmo del jefe, podríamos haber perdido un museo que merece la pena ir. El desayuno del hotel es muy sorprendente: la variedad de frutas es rica en salsa, cebolla, uva, cebolla azul, manzana, champán, etc. El desayuno en inglés es muy bueno, el fruta es muy dulce, la leche y el café son muy deliciosos. En resumen, nos recibimos en la casa de Apple. Este hotel es el mejor hotel de nuestro casal y esposa en Inglaterra, no el mejor hardware, es el servicio y la atención!

Great location, short walk to the city. Clean, quiet well appointed, spacious rooms with comfy beds and soft towels. Lockers available for luggage storage. Great to have tea, coffee etc available all day and night and croissants for breakfast, from reception Well stocked mini shop enabling you to cook in the room should you wish too. Everything you’d want from a hotel.

El hotel es de estilo moderno y el único aparcamiento es el público al aire libre. Está muy cerca de la calle del mercado de carne, a menos de 10 minutos a pie, y hay un pequeño supermercado a pocos minutos. Reservamos dos habitaciones: una familiar con instalaciones para personas con discapacidad; el baño era amplio, pero las tuberías subterráneas parecían estar obstruidas y el agua salía muy poco, así que nos empapamos los pies después de ducharnos. La otra era una habitación doble, algo pequeña. El restaurante solo sirve comida de bar, principalmente para jóvenes, y también hay un pequeño gimnasio.

由於酒店身處哥爾夫球場之中，四周環境十分清幽、寧靜、舒適，景色亦十分美。只是它距離市區較遙遠，距離約克舊城區，有接近30分鐘車程，若不是自駕遊，就不太適合選這裏作為住宿地點，但若有自駕車，這是非常不錯的選擇，因為泊車是免費的。 酒店之中有兩家餐廳食物不錯，但價格非常高，且份量不多，是典型的fine dining，若然大家不想花費太多在食方面，在進入酒店前，最好在城區先進餐。

一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

Great little hotel in a cool location just outside York, around a 10 minute walk to the city wall, not much around the hotel but close enough to make the trip walkable. The building is beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was a fantastic small buffet with a great to order breakfast. The English breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to York!

The Novotel in York is lovely. We had a clean modern room with plenty of space. Wasn't so keen on the separate tiny toilet cubicle but it wouldn't stop us staying again. The staff weren't the friendliest at reception. The staff at the very good breakfast were much nicer. It's a bit of a walk from the centre of things although if you go along the river it's shorter and much nicer. Only trouble with this is the very large steps you have to negotiate, not ideal in a wheelchair. Plenty of space there so I don't see why there's no ramp.

I've stayed at this hotel before and I will definitely be staying again. The location is ideal for me with easy access to the city centre either by walking, bus, or taxi. The rooms have always been very clean and a good size too. The buffet style breakfast is always superb and leisure facilities give you a chance to unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The staff have always been pleasant, friendly, and polite. 5 stars from me!

Perfect stay! Room is very spacious and very clean. Beds and cotton are comfortable. The location is very strategic as well. Walkable to tourist spots and dinners. The buffer breakfast is beyond expectations! We enjoyed our breakfast. Highly recommended.

Hotel absolutamente hermoso, desayuno abundante, la cama era para morirse, no quería salir de ella, el inconveniente es el estacionamiento, un desastre total cuando el personal estacionaba allí y tenías que ir a otro lado para estacionar, lo que costaba 22 o 30 libras, dependiendo de qué estacionamiento, los autos para discapacitados ni siquiera tenían credenciales y tampoco se revisaron, aparte de esa noche fabulosa en la que recibimos latas de agua gratis y galletas gratis en recepción.
