It's a very good hotel located in the city centre, only minutes to the main sightseeing points. only one problem is the breakfast not so good.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

Located on a quiet street right in the heart of town, a few minutes walk to the old town and to the beach, this is a gem of a hotel, clean, modern and with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff are very helpful and attentive in multiple languages. One of the best recent hotel stays I've experienced. Thank you.

Era un edificio precioso, tal y como lo imaginaba. Justo en la entrada, en las escaleras, había un ascensor para maletas y el personal de recepción me ayudó a subir la mía. La ubicación era muy conveniente, muy cerca de la estación y del área de bares cruzando el río. Me quedé por mi cumpleaños y me encantó que me sorprendieran con un regalo. Aunque elegí la habitación más pequeña y lo esperaba, apenas había espacio para abrir la maleta.

I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved.

Un hotel pequeño y estupendo justo al otro lado del río del casco antiguo, se puede ir andando a todas partes, incluida la estación de autobuses. Me encantó la inversión en persianas oscuras que bloquean bien la luz y la insonorización (importante por el ruido del bar de abajo que funciona hasta la madrugada). Los servicios básicos son limitados (por ejemplo, champú/acondicionador/gel de baño todo en uno y 1 botella de agua que no se rellenó durante nuestra estancia de 3 noches), pero la relación calidad-precio por la ubicación y la calidad de la habitación es excelente. ¡Me alojaría de nuevo!

The air con only works certain months a year so when is a really hot day the rooms get so warm, got offered a fan instead.

Muy buena experiencia, hotel limpio , céntrico , spa incluido en el precio previa reserva y parking en el mismo hotel(25€) , volvería sin dudas

El hotel está situado a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del centro de San Sebastián. El personal es amable y extremadamente servicial. La limpieza era buena. El restaurante era sorprendentemente muy bueno en el vestíbulo. Nos alojamos allí por 5 noches y 6 días valió la pena. El precio era bastante caro para lo que pagué, pero fue durante el festival de cine, así que valió la pena. Sin duda me alojaría aquí en mi camino de regreso a San Sebastián. Maravilloso personal capacitado que es realmente útil.

La ubicación está un poco apartada, pero tiene una conexión de autobús muy buena al centro (línea 28, unos 20 min). La habitación está equipada con lo básico (por ejemplo, el secador de pelo se consigue bajo petición). Hay una pequeña cocina (con utensilios de cocina). El baño está integrado directamente en la habitación (uno se acostumbra). El desayuno es muy bueno (dulces como pasteles, etc., así como salados (embutidos, bacon, huevo, queso), fruta y yogur/muesli).
