El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas con una gran variedad de habitaciones y una gran variedad de habitaciones. La ubicación para un comienzo es genial. Puedes caminar a cualquier cosa. La playa está a 200 metros . La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable y muy agradable. Mi habitación estaba en el primer piso así que aparte de tomar mi maleta nunca me molestó usar los dos ascensores durante la estancia . La habitación de la habitación era de 2 camas individuales , con unas buenas dimensiones , una excelente baño y una ducha para todo esto y el propio hotel es hermoso y limpio . Cree que tuve un buen tiempo de verano en esas vacaciones y el hotel lo hizo. - ¡Hola!

The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Este hotel fue absolutamente fabuloso. Las instalaciones eran estupendas, especialmente la piscina y la playa privada. Las vistas son espectaculares en todos los sentidos. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda, pero había muy poco espacio entre la cama y el televisor. Nos costó llegar al otro lado de la habitación sin chocarnos con el televisor cada vez. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Nos recomendaron un buen crucero y nos ayudaron con una empresa de alquiler de motos. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Fácil check in. Ubicación perfecta. Maravillosas vistas desde las habitaciones que dan al mar. Muy cerca de la Franja de Magaluf, pero también a poca distancia de los bares y restaurantes de Palmanova. Hay una colina un poco empinada frente al hotel, pero se puede subir si se va en coche. La comida y las bebidas del hotel son de buena calidad y a un precio razonable. El hotel está situado en el bonito barrio de Santa Ponsa: montañas, zonas verdes y mar. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen balcón. Zona tranquila (se puede dormir por la noche). El hotel dispone de dos piscinas, una para adultos y otra para niños, y hay animación. Puedes caminar hasta la playa en 15-17 minutos. Hay tiendas y cafeterías cercanas. De los menos: no hay cafetera 🥲 Pago en el sitio/en cafeterías solo con tarjeta. La ropa de cama olía a humedad. Si sales de la habitación, el frigorífico deja de funcionar (así que pide una segunda tarjeta magnética, de lo contrario la comida del frigorífico se echará a perder).

A lovely place - the bus from Palma departs close by. The swimming pools were great, only issue I had was that they have no water refill stations so they make you purchase water which I didnt like. Food was super - huge buffets and they sorted out a sándwich for me when I left early.

Recomiendo este hotel para un servicio muy bueno sin tener que gastar un presupuesto muy abundante.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca! Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar. Estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños esos días y hasta me obsequiaron con vino y una tarjeta de felicitación. El buffet es excelente, con especialidades diferentes cada día, incluyendo comida china, japonesa y platos españoles típicos. El agua del mar es preciosa. Hay pocos compatriotas chinos y muchos británicos. El personal de servicio es súper amable y fueron especialmente cálidos con nosotros, los tres chinos. La señora de la recepción fue increíblemente simpática y se puso muy contenta cuando descubrió que hablábamos español. Aunque, de todas formas, su inglés es muy bueno, así que no hay que preocuparse por el idioma.
