We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Purobeach. Het is een zeer luxe en hygiënisch resort met een goed en divers ontbijt. Het zwembad lag er mooi bij en de bedjes waren ideaal aangezien de zon de hele dag op het resort staat. Het enige wat ontbrak was duidelijke informatie die gemakkelijk te vinden zou moeten zijn op de website over de verschillende voorzieningen, en eventuele prijzen daarvan.

Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. La vista al mar es realmente bonita, el entorno es muy tranquilo y el desayuno es bastante rico. Sin embargo, aparcar en los alrededores depende de la suerte. A menudo no se encuentran plazas libres en la calle, por lo que solo se puede acudir a la recepción para comprar plazas de aparcamiento del hotel por 18 euros la noche.

Ubicación: La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para relajarse. Hay una parada de autobús a solo un minuto a pie, y los autobuses pasan con frecuencia, lo que facilita el desplazamiento. Sin embargo, mi habitación estaba justo enfrente del cuarto de limpieza en el cuarto piso, y empezaban a dar portazos alrededor de las 7 de la mañana, lo que me interrumpió el sueño. Experiencia en la habitación: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba cuando llegué, pero el técnico del generador lo arregló en 30 minutos, lo cual agradecí. Restaurante y comida: El personal del restaurante en el último piso, especialmente las camareras, a veces eran un poco insistentes, y algunas terminaban sus conversaciones personales antes de servir (un poco poco profesional). La comida del restaurante fue decepcionante. Pedí una pizza por 10 €, pero no se parecía en nada a la foto y me decepcionó muchísimo. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue excepcional: abundante, delicioso y con una presentación impecable. Nunca había disfrutado de un desayuno tan generoso en un hotel. El personal del desayuno también fue increíble y muy atento. ¡Enhorabuena! Instalaciones: La piscina era fantástica, y si te encanta nadar en el mar, este es el lugar perfecto: un acceso precioso y unas vistas espectaculares. Notas para viajeros solitarios: No recomendaría este hotel si viajas solo y buscas conocer gente. La mayoría de los huéspedes parecían un poco antipáticos, y como pertenezco a una minoría étnica, sufrí algunas miradas incómodas. Esto no es necesariamente culpa del hotel.

El hotel está situado en el bonito barrio de Santa Ponsa: montañas, zonas verdes y mar. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen balcón. Zona tranquila (se puede dormir por la noche). El hotel dispone de dos piscinas, una para adultos y otra para niños, y hay animación. Puedes caminar hasta la playa en 15-17 minutos. Hay tiendas y cafeterías cercanas. De los menos: no hay cafetera 🥲 Pago en el sitio/en cafeterías solo con tarjeta. La ropa de cama olía a humedad. Si sales de la habitación, el frigorífico deja de funcionar (así que pide una segunda tarjeta magnética, de lo contrario la comida del frigorífico se echará a perder).

El hotel está situado en Santa Ponsa, a pocos pasos de la bahía y los restaurantes. No tengo problemas con la experiencia de la ”front of house”, pero, me pregunto la capacidad de la empresa para racionalizar un litigio justo. Estaba allí sólo por 2 noches, visitando una ocasión especial. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La compañía me dio otra habitación para que estuviera preparada para ofrecer, pero espero que me dieran otra habitación que yo hubiera pagado. Mich hat dieses Hotel überzeugt. Ich hatte das Glück morgens schon einchecken zu können und den ersten Tag auskosten zu können. Gebucht hatte ich 5 Nächte. Ich würde es jeder Zeit wieder nehmen auch für länger. Die Anlage ist zwar klein im Gegensatz zu den großen Hotels. Aber mir hat die Ruhe gefallen. Man konnte hier richtig abschalten. Der Pool ist auch relativ klein. Zum Glück auch nicht überfüllt. Alle Mitarbeiter am Empfang die Putzfrauen etc sind alle mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb, aber sind nur 5 Min bis zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ausreichend und lecker. Vor allem.sehr sauber. Einen gut kühlende Kühlschrank hab ich auch gehabt. Am Abreisetag konnte ich noch ein Zimmer zu. Duschen benutzen. Die Koffer wurden natürlich sicher aufbewahrt. Alles im Allem perfekt

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias con todo lo necesario. Los diferentes espacios de piscinas son top. Mini golf, billar, volley playa, realmente todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. A 5 minutos a pie, a pocos minutos a pie. Recomiendo este hotel para un servicio muy bueno sin tener que gastar un presupuesto muy abundante.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.
