Cerca de la estación de tren y zoológico, habitación al patio y bastante espacial, tiene cocina totalmente equipada, pero no hay horno, con advertencia de que no se producirá humo/vapor, ya que el detector está conectado directamente a la estación de incendio, y calienta alrededor de la buena causa. Necesito limpiar la cocina, de lo contrario, 50 euros. La sala de estar se abrió por el personal de limpieza dos veces antes de que se fuera el tiempo. El té y el café están disponibles en el salón de la sala de estar.

El hotel que reservaba como albergue el último día de mi viaje de negocios a Alemania.. Estaba más cerca del centro de la ciudad que pensé, así que pude cenar en un buen restaurante italiano, incluso si llegaba tarde la noche. El único desventaja es que he reservado porque tengo un hotel de doc, pero el estacionamiento está lleno, así que me he estacionado en un estacionamiento público cercano. El hotel tiene una buena vista y está bien mantenido.

This apartment hotel room is the best value to any travelers for its the location, the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the friendly reception desk.  It made me feel like at my own home.

Si bien la ubicación del hotel es excelente, el servicio podría mejorarse. Ventajas: Ubicación: Ubicado cerca de Forum Augustus, el hotel goza de una ubicación céntrica, rodeado de numerosas atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes, lo que lo hace muy práctico para desplazarse. Muchas de las principales atracciones y el transporte público están a poca distancia a pie. Comodidad de la habitación: Las suites son modernas, espaciosas, están bien equipadas y son muy cómodas. Son especialmente adecuadas para estancias prolongadas, ya que las comodidades y el mobiliario son muy prácticos. Vistas: Algunas habitaciones tienen vistas al Forum Augustus, ofreciendo impresionantes vistas de la ciudad tanto de día como de noche. Desventajas: Recepción ineficiente: La recepción fue ineficiente durante el check-in y el check-out. Los largos tiempos de espera y la lentitud del check-in perjudicaron la experiencia general. Calidad del servicio: El servicio del hotel podría mejorarse. El personal de recepción a veces era poco amable y carecía de entusiasmo e iniciativa para atender las consultas. La capacidad de respuesta del servicio de limpieza también podría mejorarse, requiriendo en ocasiones múltiples solicitudes para obtener una respuesta. Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training. I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

Close to central station, amenities great. Entrance of the hotel with billiard, darts and games, perfect around the bar. Room was big and clean. Bed really comfortable. Shower big enough to fit 3! Would definitely recommend and book again

La ubicación es muy buena, hay unos pocos pasos de la estación de tren, muy cerca del zoológico, la habitación del centro de la ciudad de Lebisi es muy alta y el número de pisos es bueno, puede aprovechar el panorama de Lebisi.

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining. We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable. The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

The receptionist was not friendly, and the room missed some necessary items such as shampoo, the safe was not working, and the mini-bar was empty. Also the beds were pretty small. On the other side, the hygiene was really good, and the breakfast had good variety of options.
