El hotel es especialmente tranquilo, el cuarto es grande, la vivienda es muy cómoda, el entorno es frío, pero el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno! ¡Nosotros llegamos al hotel a las 8:30 de la mañana, no se ve en Europa, no se ha llegado el desayuno para salir, no sé cómo.

Room was really cozy and spacious, unfortunately the heater in bathroom was not working for the first 2 days, we had to suffer the freezing cold bathroom as the operator has been changing from one to another and delayed the repair, but thankfully we got a portable heater after that. Location is great too, near to mustek station and right in the old town area too.

El hotel está bien, pero no tiene sauna. Está en Praga 2, pero el tranvía pasa justo enfrente sin problemas. Nos alojamos en la habitación 107, en la primera planta. La habitación era espaciosa, el desayuno estaba bueno y las camas eran muy cómodas, pero el tranvía hacía mucho ruido al pasar. Ese fue el mayor problema. Por lo demás, es un hotel de cinco estrellas perfecto.

Acabamos de regresar del hotel Angelis. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La habitación era excelente, el desayuno fantástico y el personal muy amable. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado, lo cual fue excelente para el calor extremo. Hay muchísimas cosas que hacer en los alrededores y, por supuesto, muchos pubs agradables a la vuelta de la esquina.

Clean in a great location. The process to register seemed a little complex but it all worked out. Room was on the top floor under the eaves, so separate toilet and bathroom over 2 levels which was a little awkward, but manageable as it was all about the location.

This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment. The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet! Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers. WIFI was just about adequate. Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

La habitación era estupenda, muy limpia y nueva, y el personal de recepción también fue muy amable. Me mostraron los diferentes tipos de habitación con mucha paciencia, pero no sé cómo nos asignaron los tipos. Reservé la habitación business más cara, pero tenían varias habitaciones con mejores vistas en la planta superior. No sé por qué no nos registraron. También me di cuenta de que las luces de la habitación nunca se encendían por la noche. No sé a qué se referían con que preferían dejar la habitación vacía en lugar de dejarnos quedarnos. Pero la habitación que me dieron era realmente grande y limpia.

The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby. The bin was broken but that doesn't harm. Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group. Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.

La habitación estaba excepcionalmente limpia e higiénica, con instalaciones completas y un tamaño adecuado. El ambiente del hotel era excelente, con una fuente a la entrada y un pequeño parque cercano con muchos cerezos frutales, sin vigilancia. El parque incluía bar, sala de billar, piscina, restaurante y aparcamiento bastante bueno. El transporte era conveniente; a unos cientos de metros de la carretera principal, había tranvías y autobuses.
