Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Praga

The team made a fantastic impression from the start with prompt and efficient email communication prior to arrival. I do let them know I’m taking the red-eye flight to Prague in advance. On my first day, I was able to leave my luggage directly at the property. The staff not only prepared my room ahead of schedule for an early check-in, but also transterred my luggage to the room and gave me a delightful complimentary room upgrade! The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their hard work. The thoughtfulness and professionalism of the staff embody hospitality at its finest.

Hotel Review: A Touch of Historic Elegance in Prague I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel in Prague, and it was truly a memorable experience. Ambiance and Design: This hotel exudes a classic charm that transports you back in time, reminiscent of an elegant mansion or even a castle. As someone who has a deep appreciation for historical architecture and culture, I thoroughly enjoyed the aesthetic both inside and out. The décor was not only beautiful but also created a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made my stay feel special. Service: The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the exceptionally hospitable staff. The receptionist went above and beyond, sharing valuable insights into the best places to visit and dine in Prague. His recommendations about crowded areas and hidden gems were invaluable, especially for a first-time visitor. Amenities: I was delighted by the comfort of the bed and the overall quality of the room. It was spacious and well-appointed, allowing me to truly feel like I was living in a castle. Looking out my window, I was greeted by a lovely garden, which provided a peaceful and relaxing view. Additional Perks: One of the standout aspects of my stay was the graciousness of the staff. Even after checking out, I was allowed to store my luggage at no cost, making my departure hassle-free. They offered me extra time to pack my things, which I greatly appreciated. Overall Impression: In summary, my stay at this hotel in Prague was enchanting. The combination of stunning décor, exceptional service, and a serene atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the charm and history of Prague.

Clean in a great location. The process to register seemed a little complex but it all worked out. Room was on the top floor under the eaves, so separate toilet and bathroom over 2 levels which was a little awkward, but manageable as it was all about the location.

The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby. The bin was broken but that doesn't harm. Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group. Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.
