Excelente ubicación si viajas al O2 Arena para un concierto. Está justo enfrente del estadio y hay acceso prioritario disponible si lo solicitas. Me sentí muy cómodo. Lo primero que noté fue el maravilloso olor en el pasillo que conducía a mi habitación. La habitación era tranquila, espaciosa y muy agradable, con una cama grande y súper cómoda, y un baño amplio con una ducha grande. El desayuno buffet ofrece todo lo que puedas desear. Hay una estación de carga para coches eléctricos junto a la entrada principal y también hay un aparcamiento subterráneo. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Un hotel realmente estupendo; sin duda volveré.

Clean in a great location. The process to register seemed a little complex but it all worked out. Room was on the top floor under the eaves, so separate toilet and bathroom over 2 levels which was a little awkward, but manageable as it was all about the location.

Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren. La zona está en una ubicación privilegiada, con mucha vida por la noche, y en la esquina hay una de las mejores tiendas de pasteles de chimenea. La habitación era enorme, con techos altos. La calidad de todos los utensilios, la electrónica y la cama era excelente. El único problema era el olor del desagüe del baño; por lo demás, es perfecto. Ah, y no hay servicio de limpieza ni reponen el café o el té. Nos dejaron 4 cápsulas de café al principio y unas 4 bolsitas de té.

¡Hostal perfecto! ! Nunca pensé que podría alojarme en un hotel tan cómodo a un precio tan asequible. La habitación olía fragante tan pronto como abrí la puerta, el baño estaba limpio y ordenado, la presión del agua era fuerte, había mucha agua caliente y se proporcionaban toallas de baño, pantuflas, champú, jabón y cepillos de dientes de forma gratuita. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del Museo Nacional y de la estación principal de trenes, y también hay un delicioso restaurante georgiano. ¡Recomendado a amigos que viajan a Praga! !

La ubicación del hotel es buena, muy cerca de la Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, el Puente de Carlos, aunque la habitación es pequeña pero puede satisfacer la demanda, como el desayuno del hotel, especialmente fruta. La actitud de servicio también es buena, tomé prestado el adaptador en la recepción, jaja

This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment. The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet! Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers. WIFI was just about adequate. Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and everything was great and in place: cutlery, pans (big, small), saucepan for tea/coffee, electric kettle, utensils/kitchen cleaning materials. I would suggest to take or buy dishwasher tabs beforehand for your ease. Cleaniness was superb. Bathroom had two doors one from the bedroom and another from the hallway. Smart TV is available in both the living room and bedroom. Nearest tram stop is approx.500m away. Breakfast was equally good and to sum up everything was great and I would definitely recommend it.

The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby. The bin was broken but that doesn't harm. Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group. Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.
