El hotel es especialmente tranquilo, el cuarto es grande, la vivienda es muy cómoda, el entorno es frío, pero el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno! ¡Nosotros llegamos al hotel a las 8:30 de la mañana, no se ve en Europa, no se ha llegado el desayuno para salir, no sé cómo.

Este apartamento de hotel está situado entre la Ciudad Vieja y la Ciudad Nueva de Praga, a 5 minutos de la Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, donde se encuentra el famoso Reloj Astronómico. Está a poca distancia a pie de las principales atracciones, con restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y un mercado callejero a la vuelta de la esquina. La habitación tiene su propia cocina abierta, mesa de comedor, todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios para que pueda cocinar una comida si lo prefiere. La habitación es muy espaciosa, con techos altos y muy luminosa con la entrada del sol. El diseño es moderno y me gustó especialmente el suelo de madera por su sensación de limpieza.

Tuve que hacer otra reserva para este hotel, porque tuve que hacer ajustes de última hora en mi vuelo de regreso a casa desde Chechia. Reservé algunas noches más en este mismo hotel y le conté al personal la situación en el momento del check-in. La persona en el check-in fue muy servicial y solucionó las cosas para que no tuviera que cambiar mi habitación durante la estancia. Además, como tenía un vuelo retrasado, me dejaron guardar mi equipaje en el hotel durante el resto del día antes de mi vuelo sin cargo adicional. ¡Muy recomendable!

No conocíamos nada de Praga y elegimos el hotel aleatoriamente y estamos muy contentos por estar muy bien comunicados con tranvías y andando al centro 15 minutos , el hotel tiene una entrada Preciosa , muy acondicionada y buen desayuno .

Habitación con un diseño precioso, espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. La ubicación es excelente, en el centro de la entrada al casco antiguo, entre el casco antiguo y el nuevo. A 15 minutos a pie del Puente de Carlos, atravesando el casco antiguo. ¡Muy recomendable!

This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment. The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet! Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers. WIFI was just about adequate. Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and everything was great and in place: cutlery, pans (big, small), saucepan for tea/coffee, electric kettle, utensils/kitchen cleaning materials. I would suggest to take or buy dishwasher tabs beforehand for your ease. Cleaniness was superb. Bathroom had two doors one from the bedroom and another from the hallway. Smart TV is available in both the living room and bedroom. Nearest tram stop is approx.500m away. Breakfast was equally good and to sum up everything was great and I would definitely recommend it.

La ubicación es buena. El transporte público es muy conveniente para comer y comer. El cuarto es muy amplio. Hay una ventana muy amplia. Este es mi lugar favorito. Ofrece instalaciones muy completas. Puede que necesite atención a que el cuarto de baño es un chaleco. Las instalaciones de la luz son muy únicas para las personas de alto nivel que tengan cuidado. No hay espacio. El único problema con el ventilador es que el electrodoméstico funciona muy fuerte cuando funciona.
