This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. 今天體驗了一家威海的庭院私湯大床房，很有地方特色，第一次進門就覺得很特別。 可能在北方長大的孩子，對這種自帶小院和私湯池的房間沒什麼概念，第一次見到就覺得新鮮。推開門就是獨立小院和熱湯池，晚上泡湯還能看到星星。 房間是日式原木風格，床品很舒服，晚上能聽到風鈴聲，很治癒。白天逛完環翠樓公園回來繼續泡湯，感覺和以往住過的酒店很不一樣。 這次體驗下來，不太想退房了。

距離海邊很近，環境優美，空氣清新，鳥語花香，山清水秀 衞生：好乾凈 服務：禮貌待客之道，機器人取代，自助洗衣機，停車場很大很方便 設施：非常滿意，百度機器人小度在家控制，智能馬桶，床墊舒服。

Elegí el Hotel Royalton para mi viaje de Año Nuevo. Nevó mucho en Weihai. La experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación era grande y el servicio de recepción fue muy entusiasta. Me dejó buenos recuerdos. La habitación es grande, el baño está bien ventilado y tiene buen drenaje. Es una buena experiencia y pienso volver a alojarme aquí.

This is a set of units in a new apartment building. This is within walking distance ( 10 min ) of the Weihei waterfront, there is a large park next to the hotel. Quiet at night. Restaurants are available nearby when you walk down to the waterfront, and around 20 food stalls on the street at night across from the beach. One suggested improvement would be to have more functional furniture inside the unit - there was a bed and night stand table, but no furniture to sit on the balcony. The main living area had another bed, and it would have been more livable to have a small table + couple of chairs to sit in the living area - a bench was there. It looks like there is some cabinets for kitchen but nothing there - a small fridge and microwave would be an improvement.

I asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

The location of the hotel is very nice and convenient. It is within walking distance to Korea Street. The bathroom appears quite old-style, and the lighting system is set to an energy-saving mode that automatically switches off all lights, even when a small light is left on. This was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

This stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large with strong water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was especially important for us as we stayed during winter. The absolute highlight was the huge panoramic window with a stunning view of the wrecked ship. The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to be among the first to take photos of the ship in the morning. Having a bathtub placed in front of the panoramic window created a truly unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel also has a lovely café in the lobby with delicious food and drinks. While the breakfast was a bit simpler than a typical European buffet and required some waiting, it was still a nice addition to the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic views, comfort, and a memorable atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it.

Todos los tipos de comida coreana y queso de comida pequeña se pueden ver en todas partes. La comida de noche es especialmente conveniente. La habitación está limpia y no tiene ningún olor, la cama está muy aislada, el mercado de la noche no está caliente. El servicio de recepción es entusiasta, también nos recomienda la ruta de la playa del mar de Weiwei, busque a la isla de Guanggu, las atracciones del mar están muy cerca, el amor es la primera opción!
