No hay nada malo que pensar en decir acerca de este particular Ji Hotel. Todo fue perfecto. Lo que diremos, además, es que si pudiéramos dar más de 5/5 para el servicio, daríamos 10/5. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I booked this because it was close to thr west railway station and i had an early train. Took 14 minutes to walk as advertised. Not very handy if you were staying for a while and wanted to get around by subway though. Room was lovely and staff lovely too. Good value for the price.

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

Este hotel fue la experiencia más agradable que tuve en Nanchang. Está cerca de las atracciones y del metro, el ambiente es muy limpio y el servicio es excepcional. El personal de recepción me saludaba cada vez que pasaba, e incluso me dieron agua y un pequeño recuerdo antes de irme. Probé el desayuno del hotel y estaba bastante bueno; ¡la fruta estaba deliciosa! (¡Me encanta el longan!). Sería aún mejor si el proyector permitiera duplicar la pantalla o ofreciera más opciones de software (PD: sin ofender a Tencent). ¡Sin duda me alojaré en este hotel la próxima vez que esté en Nanchang!

這次入住真的超出預期！酒店位置絕佳，下樓就是地鐵站，去滕王閣和八一館步行幾分鐘即達，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便。房間乾淨清爽，裝修是輕快簡約的輕居風格，設施很新，床品柔軟舒適，洗澡水壓也足，玩了一天能睡個好覺。前台初柇服務熱情周到，還主動推薦了周邊地道的小吃店。整體性價比非常高，下次來南昌肯定還會選這家！

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). 首先我定的房間是有浴缸的大床房 本來飛機晚點就想着到了之後可以放鬆一下 然後一進去發現是個很小的小房間，我問前台，前台一直道歉然後和我説給我升級一個帶浴缸的豪華大床房 但這個不是你給我升級的事 而是我本來定的就是啊，然後帶我去了一個我實際上定的房間，裏面地上還有煙灰，什麼情況啊 我打電話又給我換了一個。其次我定的這個房間應該是有活動説是，應該有兩瓶啤酒，先不説啥啤酒 但至少得有啊，原來也是我不要就不給了，蒸騰完之後給我拿了四瓶啤酒，但是沒有起子，我問有沒有冰，服務員告訴我去給我拿，然後也沒有消息了，真的是服了，這個價格這個服務真的是不匹配，而且早餐居然沒有咖啡機。
