There is a convenient store right outside of the hotel, across the road. Love that breakfast were provided. We felt a little embarrassed by the enthusiastic service when we first arrived. The building was older than picture tho, I wouldn’t book here if I was charged the original price on trip.com because I had expected something higher class, looking at the original price. That being said, it is very worth it with the 40% discount on price, they even provided 24hr free laundry service. There is also massage service on one of the level.

My 6D5N stay at MEHOOD EZZI Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room was spotless, well-designed, and extremely comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, maintaining the same high standard throughout my stay. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned seamlessly. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and efficient without ever being intrusive. Every request was handled promptly, which made the entire stay feel smooth and stress-free. The overall environment of the hotel was calm, clean, and well-maintained. Whether it was the common areas or the dining experience, everything reflected quality and care. In short, this hotel delivers exactly what it promises—and then some. This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. The dinner dishes were of a high standard, the breakfast was satisfying, and there were even laundry facilities for long-haul guests. Finally, there was airport shuttle service. Both of my friends were upgraded to suites. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again or book other hotels in the same group if I had the chance.

Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment. One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression. Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system. In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.
