This is a very interesting place! 1. It’s far in the mountain, very inaccessible, you must have car, there is no public transport there. we got a driver from the resort’s recommendation, which is very good. 2. No restaurant/food options nearby, we rely on the manager/caretaker, she cooks extremely well, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there, authentic Hakka food. 3. Rooms are very clean and nice. AI controlled lighting system, automatic toilet, heating tower rack which makes towels warm. 4. Views are excellent, perfect for seeing sun rise. its nice to have a staycation here, the manager is a friendly and capable Hakka woman.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Staff are attentive ans helpful. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping mall with variety of food. Convenient location. Will return on my next trip.

The hotel’s location immediately stood out — perfectly situated between the parking lot and the waterfront square, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling connected to the heart of the town. The building itself is beautifully restored and carries deep historical character, as it once served as the old ticket station where the ferry used to dock. You can really feel the thoughtful care that went into transforming this heritage structure into a hotel — the preservation work is evident in every detail, blending history with comfort in a way that feels both respectful and welcoming. The staff on March 1st were exceptionally warm and attentive — both the gentleman and the lady were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us the room and offered to help with our luggage, checked in on our food order, and even came by afterward to clear the plates. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they happily shared suggestions on what to see and do nearby. Meanwhile, fireworks were still going off in the distance, adding a festive atmosphere to the evening. The hotel itself continues to impress the more you explore it — a carefully restored historic space filled with thoughtful touches, including a lovely fruit platter in the room. There is also an interesting hall dedicated to Hakka culture that doubles as an event venue, and a stunning bar on the top floor overlooking the water, where we could watch people setting off fireworks across the river. I would definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay there. It felt very luxurious with beautiful touches in the common areas and a gorgeous room. It was quiet and clean and breakfast was quite good. The bathroom has a Japanese style toilet. The location is central and I was able to walk to most things. There are not that many attractions in Meizhou besides the excellent Hakka museum and the overall vibe of the city is more working class. I enjoyed the walk along the river with some beautiful public spaces and parks.

酒店分了主樓和副樓，我們住的家庭套房是在副樓，用三間房改的兩房一廳，全屋重新裝修過，也做了智能化，支持語音操作和電視投屏，整體房間的感覺是挺不錯的，很適合一大家人出門遊玩；酒店的温泉區體驗還可以，就是夏天温泉池偏熱，不能在池子裏待太久，還有就是沿途沒看到多少工作人員，這點個人覺得有點扣分；副樓裏配了自助洗衣房，本來是好事，但是衹配了一台烘乾機，三洗一烘不太均衡，導致烘乾機長期高負荷工作，而且自助洗衣房裡沒有洗衣袋和洗衣簍，個人感覺不太應該，建議酒店做一下相應的提升；小童樂園和健身房活動室的開門時間相對短了一點，建議酒店考慮一下是否適當延長開門時間；還有一個小缺點，個人覺得感應燈做得偏亮，起夜時容易影響房間內的其他人，這個看看能否調整一下，降低亮度或者不要都做感應燈；整體來説，如果是親子遊玩，個人覺得酒店還是不錯的，可以來體驗一下

Ella también me informó de la tarifa, luego continuó preguntando si estaba bien con eso. Me gusta que sean muy claros con cargos y no hay costo oculto. El servicio también fue muy rápido. La habitación era muy confortable, pero no era muy agradable. La única negativa era probablemente el aire acondicionado que era muy alto. Pero una vez que nos quedamos dormidos, no nos molestó. 設施：比較麻煩的是要去到國際大酒店前台約電瓶車去到對應的酒店，還有花灑和水龍頭等衞生間設備老舊，床墊太輕和沒有支撐睡的不好。（訂單是藝術家園酒店，但是安排的卻好像不是，到退房才發現） 衞生：過得去，就是在梅州這種山較多的景點酒店比較潮濕所以很多蚊蟲，建議增加除濕機。 環境：估計是淡季很多都不開，遊玩起來也不是很帶勁。景點的指引導向牌不是很明確也沒有工作人員。 服務：酒店的電瓶車工作人員非標好，到時國際大酒店的餐廳工作人員態度有待改善。
