La mejor experiencia de estadía en China. Suelo que sea bienvenida a extranjeros. Le sugiero firmemente que aprendáis un poco de chino básico porque puedes operar toda la habitación utilizando el comando de voz. Por ejemplo, abriendo la ventana o el aire acondicionado, puedes ordenar “xiao du xiao du” y habrá una ayuda de AI que te ayudará (sólo en mandarina). El servicio al cliente es también grande y muy útil, puedo sentir que son tan amigables y la actitud del servicio de la recepción 002 ¡! Me ayudó mucho en dos días, entusiasmado y agradable recibirnos. Un simple hecho para añadir, si no se utiliza con ir al baño y utilizar tejido para limpiar. Meizhou es mi ciudad, se volverá definitivamente a este hotel para el próximo viaje!

百侯山庄 is truly a gem addition to the town. The property is very well maintained, peaceful and tranquil. Everyone from front office, kitchen, security and housekeeping are like family and we had many lovely conversations with them. Special thanks to the chef for our daily breakfast who cooked up all the lovely Hakka dishes and even treated us to a special one on our last day. The climb to the top of the hill at the back of the property is well recommended if you have the stamina as the view is beautiful. Location wise is ideal as 百侯镇 is just across the road as well as 田园农庄 around 600m up from the right of the property serves very tasty Hakka food definitely worth the walk up. Overall our trip back to the ancestral hometown has been made perfect with our stay here. Just want to say thank you to all the staff at 百侯山庄 for making this a complete and memorable trip! (and kisses for the residential dog 绒绒)

This place is a blast, I’ve been really worry before I booked and till the moment I arrived because of the reviews and everything, worrying it is a trap but when the moment I arrived I realised I’ve been too paranoid about it and the whole place is super duper clean and new everything is nice! Washing clothes and drying with notifications functions and also the wifi in room was okay breakfast is nice and simple! Their soy milk is freshly made everyday unsweetened which is super good choice everything is so clean don’t go and believe the bad reviews like me! Front desk and staff are also super friendly and sweet! With manners most importantly! Trust Ji Hotel! Def coming back again! Super recommended! Thumbs up from Singapore!

中文如下 We arrived in Songkou planning to explore the town, and since it was already getting late, we also began considering finding a place to stay for the night. The hotel’s location immediately stood out — perfectly situated between the parking lot and the waterfront square, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling connected to the heart of the town. The building itself is beautifully restored and carries deep historical character, as it once served as the old ticket station where the ferry used to dock. You can really feel the thoughtful care that went into transforming this heritage structure into a hotel — the preservation work is evident in every detail, blending history with comfort in a way that feels both respectful and welcoming. The staff on March 1st were exceptionally warm and attentive — both the gentleman and the lady were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us the room and offered to help with our luggage, checked in on our food order, and even came by afterward to clear the plates. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they happily shared suggestions on what to see and do nearby. Meanwhile, fireworks were still going off in the distance, adding a festive atmosphere to the evening. The hotel itself continues to impress the more you explore it — a carefully restored historic space filled with thoughtful touches, including a lovely fruit platter in the room. There is also an interesting hall dedicated to Hakka culture that doubles as an event venue, and a stunning bar on the top floor overlooking the water, where we could watch people setting off fireworks across the river. In the morning, the view becomes something truly special — clouds drifting slowly to partially veil the mountains across the river, creating a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes the whole place feel like a hidden gem. 我们来到嵩口是为了探索这座小镇，由于时间已经有些晚了，也开始考虑在当地找个地方住一晚。这家酒店的位置非常出色，正好位于停车场和临水广场之间，既方便又贴近小镇的核心区域。建筑本身修复得非常漂亮，充满历史韵味——这里曾经是旧时渡船停靠的售票站。可以明显感受到在将这座历史建筑改造成酒店的过程中投入了大量心思与细致的保护工作，每一个细节都展现出对历史的尊重，同时又兼顾了舒适与温馨。 3月1日当天的工作人员格外热情周到——无论是男员工还是女员工都非常友善、乐于助人，让人一到这里就有宾至如归的感觉。他们亲自带我们看房间，主动帮忙拿行李，还关心我们的餐食情况，并在用餐后帮忙收走餐具。他们对周边环境非常了解，也热心推荐值得体验的活动和景点。与此同时，远处仍不断有烟花绽放，为夜晚增添了节庆般的氛围。酒店本身越细看越令人惊喜——这座精心修复的历史空间处处充满用心设计，房间里还准备了精致的水果拼盘。馆内还有一个展示客家文化的特色大厅，同时也可作为活动场地使用，而顶楼则设有一间非常漂亮的酒吧，可以俯瞰水面，还能看到对岸有人在河边燃放烟花。到了清晨，景色更是令人难忘——河对岸的群山被缓缓流动的云雾半遮半掩，环境宁静舒缓，让人感觉这里仿佛是一处隐秘而放松的宝藏之地。

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. They should have given me free breakfast vouchers instead of free but horrible dinner. Some luxury or amenities are not that necessary.

The hotel had its name changed & its different than the notice emailed to me from Trip.com as per photo attached. So we were confused if we were at the wrong hotel. Trip.com should be updated with any changes and send the right information to clients. Breakfast was very simple & u can do without it. However, the bed was spacious & very nice to sleep in. Although there's laundry, it can only dry your clothes only 30% dry because the washing machine is for home use not commercial. You're expected to bring your wet clothes back to your room to air dry it. We had another day so we could lay our clothes on the sofa & tables to dry. If you're staying only for 1 night, don't do laundry!

The reception are not very familiar with the tourist attraction.. other then that she try her best to help .room is spacious and clean . Location is not near city center but no complaint for the price charged

En el 5o viaje, un montón de amigos se descansan aquí, se encuentran en una ubicación conveniente, llevan un gran estacionamiento, no hay problema. Hay una habitación como ésta en la ciudad condado, también es nuevamente decorada, es más inteligente y el baño es muy grande, También hay una sala de fitness gratuita, aunque los equipos son pocos, pero difíciles de conseguir. También hay una lavandería, aunque escriba el código de la lista, en realidad es gratis.

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
